This hotel is ideal for guests wishing to spend a beach holiday in one of the nicest areas of Rhodes.

Not a 4 star hotel
Not the 4 star hotel you would expect.
Hotel location is a good but 45 to 60 min transfer from the airport via coach. Walk to the main bars takes 25 mins each way, to the nearest beach 40 mins. Hotel shuttle bus handy but be warned they travel with people stood up in the aisle.
Hotel check in is very atequated, nothing electronic as is pool towel hire.
Only one key for room, as cleaner has the other. Our room was filthy and furniture outdated, damaged etc. Towels are very thin and could do with replacing. Shower tray leaked, dodgy electrics, plugs that worked then didn't.
All inclusive drinks in plastic cups, searched every shop for a glass but only shot glasses. If you buy a €5 bottle of Mythos at the bar you get a glass which you can keep and use for the duration of your holiday.
Restaurant food was edible, freshly cooked pizzas. Previous night's veg was put out for breakfast. Waiting staff keen to clear your plate as soon as your cutlery hits the table.
Plenty of sun loungers and not much reserving.
Reception not the most cheerful Greeks.
Pool had algy around the side, and pool floor was very slippy. Never once seen the pool treated or cleaned.
Entertainment repetitive.
Outside toilets were disgusting.
Bit disappointing
Having read previous reviews I thought I should post a review regarding my recent holiday at this hotel. Firstly let me say that the room My wife and I had was of a good size and cleaned every day. The hotel complex overall was very clean so no complaints there...... The courtesy bus in to the local town was also very good. The food I found acceptable so again no real complaints. However, this is not a four star hotel.. I would rate it as a maximum of 3. On arrival at 10:30pm I was immediately asked for 70 euros tax.. no problem there but, although I asked for one, I did not get a receipt. Also on arrival I asked if there was any food available and was told that the night bar served food up to 11:00 pm..... being on an all inclusive package I asked that staff for a pizza to be told that it would cost 8euros +...not what I expected for all inclusive. Also the drinks in the all inclusive package were served in small plastic cups. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. The hotel is remote so you have to use that courtesy bus or regular bus services should you wish to go anywhere. overall the holiday was OK but having experienced a 4 star hotel in Sorrento earlier in the year this hotels offerings fell well short of what we expected
Don’t book this hotel
The staff were friendly and the cleaning staff were very polite and friendly but the rooms are dated and tired along with the rest of the hotel the food was extremely repetitive and never very hot the breakfast was always cold the snack bar was always over cooked and cold same food every day the pool attendant/ lifeguard was very rude the hotel is definitely not a 4* more like a 2 or 3 ended up eating out nearly every day so that there was something for the kids to eat at least the entertainment was shockingly poor

Amazing experience
The staff were absolutely amazing, they were so helpful and paid attention to every detail to make the experience wonderful for me and my family. The hotel was exceptional clean and whilst there there wasn’t lots of indoor activities like a bigger resort it was perfect for young child. They were so accommodating and made us genuinely feel welcome and part of something really special. I would definitely stay there again.

Worst hotel ever stayed in
The staff were friendly. However the hotel itself was never a 4 star. It was very run down. We could not put the air con on because we had a terrible smelk of sewage outside our room. We could not use the balcony for the same reason. There was shards of glass on the balcony which we reported but it was there for the whole week. There was sand in the bottom of the shower on our first day there, this was not cleaned after being reported, we dont do beaches. The food was cold and boring. We had to drink out of plastic beakers even with the coffee. If you want a glass you have to pay for one. The sheets did not fit the bed and the mattress was filthy dirty at the foot end. The bathroom never got cleaned, i dropped toothpaste on the sink and had to clean this myself. We love Rhodes and we did not let this ruin our holiday. Will never go back there again. This hotel should be a 2 star only. Also there was no entertainment for the adults in the evening so we ended up going out to falaraki and rhodes town. We got the buses everywhere.
