Fabulous relaxing hotel
This is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff, food and service. Great spa too. Every room has direct pool access to shared pools (some villas have their own). Also 2 main pools. The staff are fabulous, cannot do enough for you. Minor niggles, no coffee in room, come on, 5 star hotel should have a coffee machine in room, rooms too dark especially around bathroom area and finally looks beautiful but needs to be a bit more practical with some hooks for towels/robes, if staying for a week it gets irritating having no where to hang stuff other than in the actual shower. That said, planning on going back because it is a fabulous place.

Lovely stay
Casa Cook is a beautiful hotel. We spent a week here and we loved the spa and having the pool right outside our room. Special shout out to Chrysa for being amazing - I’m coeliac and she always explained the gluten free options and got the chef to make me pancakes every morning. Melissa and Flávio were also our faves! Hopefully can visit again.
