Dhinos at the kids’ pool was absolutely fantastic! Such a lovely, kind and genuinely caring man who is a real credit to the hotel. The children absolutely adored him, and so did all the adults. He brought so much fun and happiness every day and always had a smile on his face.
He honestly made our holiday extra special, and the kids will definitely remember him. Dhinos, you’re a superstar — thank you for making our holiday one to remember! ❤️☀️
Spent a week here- two families with kids aged 17, 13, 7 and 6. It was ok... Pros Great swimming pool- the sunloungers in the pool a nice touch! Plenty of sun beds. Although they do get reserved we never struggled to find some. The Patisserie was great although waffles stopped half way through our holiday. Friendly staff. We only watched one of the shows as they start quite late but what we did see was good quality. The pizza provided as a snack throughout the day was plentiful and delicious. We found the selection of all inclusive cocktails to be good and they were tasty. Cons: The bedrooms were on the smaller side. My kids were not a fan of the frosted glass bathroom door that didn't really close properly or lock. The air con was terrible so it was too hot at night. The buffet restaurant food was samey and not great quality. They advertise theme nights on Tui but we didn't come across any. The a la cartes were a real let down. The beach bbq was an extra charge - 20 euros per person and that did not include drinks. The Asian restaurant only had a very select few dishes included in the all inclusive package which we weren't aware of until we sat down. Drinks again were an extra charge. At the burger restaurant the food was all included but drinks were not, even though we could have reached over and touched the bar! Never before have we had to pay at an all inclusive for a la cartes and if we were going to pay for a meal we wouldn't have chosen these restaurants. Access to the beach is down steep uneven steps. Our younger kids found it a struggle walking back up in the heat. The beach was nice though when you got there. There was very limited space to sit in the evenings. The main bar didn't have enough seating and the seating round the pool is reserved for the a la carte until late in the evening (around 10pm). A long transfer to and from the airport- 2 hours. All in all the hotel was ok and we had a nice holiday (mainly because of the nice pool and beach). However, there were too many cons to ever consider going back.
Location of the hotel is extremely far away from the airport. It took 2h30min with the bus transfer from the agency we booked the vacation. So if you don't like to wait for this time, go solo. The location is one of the most beautiful on the island, nice beach, wonderful view. Atmosphere was annoying, for my family at least it was, because i needed to wake up in the morning and reserve sunbeds. I didn't want to do that, but because the first 2 days i didn't find free sunbeds due to the rest of the guest, i had to do it myself also. So don't be shy to reserve sunbeds, everyone else is doing it, and hotel staff is not bothered by it. Super animation team, with an exception regarding the "On demand" evening, when i found the activity not children friendly (violence and mom/dad things). The food was extremely poor, breakfast was the same each morning, variety was super cheap. Lunch was horrible, sometimes i had the impression they recycle the food from past days. Dinner had more variety, but same lack of taste dishes. Thank God for the pasta and the pizza which were done by actual Italian guys. Drinks...i don't even want to go there. Water tasted like sewer, i had to buy each day water, because the hotel fills the minibar every other 2 days, and they provide ONE bottle for each guest in the room. I was with my wife and my daughter so i received 3 bottles of water every 2 days. Bars...let's just say they don't serve a lot. All inclusive is for 5 cocktails and usual stuff. If you want something like Mojito or Pink Gin Tonic or something else, you pay. A LOT! By comparison, i've been to Bulgaria this year, and their food and drinks were MMMMMMUUUUUCCCCHHHH better. And that vacation was cheaper with 1.5k EUR. Hotel was promoting Fish and Meat restaurants for a lot of additional pay, while the common guests were receiving scraps. Untasteful and old scraps. Everyone was pumping up pancakes with some variety of chocolate (not Nutella or something known), and dubious sweets, just to cover for the variety of food. Room was not clean at all, they came each day and sometime they replaced the towels, sometime they hanged it back. No vacuum cleaning, no mop. Had to go myself and ask on the 4th day to have someone vacuuming the room. And they wanted to do that while i was in the room. On top of everything, my daughter caught something from the water and threw up for 2 days. The pharmacy lady told us that it's common with this hotel (location of the pharmacy was basically across of the hotel) and they always have in stock medicine for puking and diarrhea. Just to conclude this awful experience, i will not be returning ever to this hotel, or any of the hotels from the same group, seems that all Princesses are owned by the same guy which handles business across the hotels the same way: cheap and horrible. Been for a week, i'm sorry i couldn't leave the place after the 3rd day. Hope that you don't have the same experience as I. Giving 2 stars for the location/view , and for the day animation team which was doing pool activities. But the hotel should receive only 1 star.
It was amazing Jessica was amazing too definitely would do it again
