This luxurious resort and spa is one of the most advanced of its kind. Located in an idyllic setting in the beautiful island of Rhodes, just 15 km from Lindos and within easy reach of Rhodes Town. The hotel is located 150 metres from dreamy Kiotari beach and offers an amazing range of amenities, making it the ideal location for family holidays, romantic getaways and even weddings. Guest will be overwhelmed by the countless modern conveniences and many thoughtful details. There are over 380 well-appointed suites and guest rooms, fitted out in the utmost luxury, some of them with sea views out over the sparkling Aegean. Guests can enjoy great food in the hotel's many sophisticated bars and restaurants, refresh body and mind in the state of the art spa or relax around the pool as the animation team takes care of the kids. The hotel features a free underground park for extra convenience.

Lost its spark
After our third visit to Princess Andriana, it’s disappointing to say that the hotel has declined, and sadly we won’t be returning.
The rooms are now quite dated and in need of modernization. What once felt fresh and comfortable now feels tired. The entrance and foyer also lack atmosphere and feel rather soulless, which doesn’t create a great first impression.
Service was also disappointing, particularly at reception. When we asked to move rooms, the response was unhelpful, and even when offering to pay for an upgrade, we were told we would need to pay the full price rather than a reasonable adjustment. This didn’t feel like good customer service and left a poor impression.
For a hotel of this standard, branded drinks should really be included as standard. This is something many competing hotels now offer as part of a true five-star experience.
The food was once a highlight for us, but this time it was very hit and miss. Coming from the UK, we do appreciate quality, and it’s clear standards have dropped compared to previous visits. Fresh fish instead of frozen options would make a big difference. Overall, the dining experience just isn’t what it used to be.
Cleanliness in the common areas was also inconsistent, with parts of the hotel feeling dirty at times, which is disappointing.
Entertainment has gone downhill as well. Previous visits featured the Pink Wave animation team, who were excellent and really made the stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, that same level of quality is no longer there.
With so many strong competitors now, such as Ikos resorts offering a consistently high-end five-star experience, Princess Andriana no longer stands out.
It’s a real shame after what were once very enjoyable stays.

Very pretty and kind therapists, very calm and relaxing atmosphere, little expensive but it was worth it, time flew very fast so I was upset that it ended, but overall super duper 😛❤️

The Best family holdiay!
WOW! By far the BEST hotel we have ever stayed in! Friendly staff, clean facilities, gorgeous food, stunning grounds & beautiful pools. I’m not ashamed to admit I sat on the balcony & cried on our last night because I didn’t want to go home! Our 2 year old had the best time! Seeing him dancing on the stage every night at the mini disco was pure magic. There were several members of the restaurant staff who got to know our little boy by name & made a fuss of him each evening (which he thoroughly enjoyed) ❤️ I also must say a huge thank you to the team who surprised me with a delicious cake on my birthday too 🥰 We absolutely LOVED our time here & we cannot wait to return again in the future.

A wonderful hotel! I was very pleased; we were taken care of in the best possible way. The service and staff are amazing everywhere. They took excellent care of us. The atmosphere is very friendly, kind, and attentive; they asked how our day was going and if we needed anything. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and perfectly furnished – you feel right at home. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff keep the rooms, pool, and restaurant spotless – everything was beautiful. The views of the modern hotel and surrounding area are beautiful and stunning. They kept the rooms clean, towels were clean, and drinking water and other amenities were plentiful. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly everywhere. There are great attractions for children. The shop has everything you need. The food is delicious in the main restaurant and even in the snack bars, such as the one by the beach. The drinks are original and delicious. Both evening and daytime entertainment guarantees a great time. You can spend the whole day by the pools and on the beach, having a blast. The water park is the best place for kids, but it's also great for adults – tons of fun. We left before breakfast, but breakfast was waiting for us in the restaurant. We could ride our golf cart when it was hot and our son was tired, and it wasn't a problem. We were given sweets from the hotel and wine with dinner – a very nice gesture. The rooms we were given were also wonderful, the most beautiful I could have dreamed of (number 1236 & 7415). My son was delighted. It was our best vacation, and I'm already dreaming of going back. It's heaven on earth, and we got more than I expected. Thank you so much!
