This is a magnificent resort, a unique masterpiece of architecture. The hotel has borrowed many features from the ancient town of Rhodes and really stands out with its impressive colour combinations. Wealth, space and elegance are the predominant elements here. Guests become enchanted by the setting, the colours and the collection of wall paintings. The accommodation units are carefully appointed and offer all the comforts of a resort. All guest rooms feature individually regulated air-conditioning and heating and an en-suite bathroom. Guests of all ages can choose between the 3 freshwater swimming pools including a waterfall, a children's swimming area and a poolside snack bar, not forgetting the beautiful sandy beach, ideal for families and romantic couples.

I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the recent reviews but I have to say we had a really nice time. It is an hour from the airport so definitely worth the extra cost of a private transfer. Our accommodation was clean and tidy, with all the amenities we needed. The food was fine, but like many people do comment, try and prebook restaurants before you fly out to ensure they have room for you. The food is much nicer. All the staff were friendly, there were lots to do around the resort and the evening entertainment was a big hit for us. I just wish it started at 9.30pm rather than 10, that would be my only comment.

Five Stars All Around!
My 6 yo son and I just spent 5 days at the Mitsis Rodos Village! It was so great, that we have actually inquired about coming back again next summer.
Our room was a sea-view room, which unexpectedly had a hot tub in it. It was FABULOUS! My son was basically in and out of the hot tub for the whole week. He loved it so much he didn't want to leave the hotel at all.
The hotel is an all-inclusive luxury hotel. The food is divine, and the service is great. The morning barista, Zeta, in particular is lovely!
I also had one of the best massages I have ever had from Konstantinos. I get massages almost weekly, and this was truly exceptional!

Ilias is the best
We would like to give a special thank you to Ilias at the pool bar. He made our stay so much better by helping us every single day with a smile. He is incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests are happy.
His positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for people really stood out. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and he always made us feel welcome. Ilias is a wonderful person and an outstanding employee. He truly deserves recognition for his excellent service.

Don’t bother
If you like inedible food and rude staff go ahead and book if not reconsider this hotel, the only reason it’s got 2 stars is because it is aesthetically pleasing and because of the kids splash park. We also booked a late check out the day of arrival to be told the day before leaving that this was no longer available I rang daily about having extra towels which never arrived well they did once at 10pm which was way too late there aren’t any mirrors near plug sockets which are also rang about, which they couldn’t do anything about we’ve had power cuts there wasn’t enough irons available for the guests the towels stank of fish they don’t explain about beach towels and getting clean ones the sunlounger situation is appalling so good luck getting one of those in a morning unless your up at 8am however they can’t be reserved until 9am or they will be moved. Avoid
The most incredible experience of a life time
Our stay at Mitsis Rhodos Village has been nothing short of exceptional, and a huge part of that is thanks to Tsampikos.
From the moment we arrived, Tsampikos went above and beyond by upgrading us to what we can only describe as the best room in the hotel. We were celebrating our anniversary, and his kindness and generosity made it an experience we’ll never forget. That one gesture completely transformed our holiday and made us feel truly valued as guests.
The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic – beautiful surroundings, incredible facilities, delicious food, amazing drinks, and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Every day has exceeded our expectations, and we’ve enjoyed every single moment of our stay.
Because of the outstanding service we received, especially from Tsampikos, we have already decided that we’ll be coming back every single year. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about making your holiday special, but that’s exactly what he did for us.
Thank you, Tsampikos, and thank you to everyone at Mitsis Rhodos Village for giving us the perfect anniversary holiday. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough – if you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed!
