Good break away, but not great. 4* but definitely not 5
I feel our stay deserved a review just to set a few things straight. This is not a review where I'm going to say the Pool was too cold for instance (it wasn't in case you asked lol). However i am very picky with my food and drink, so also just warning ahead of time lol.
We stayed for 5 nights at the Lindos Breeze Hotel. We got an amazing deal at just under £100 per night for all inclusive (with flights), so let me start by saying this break was value for money.
On arrival, we dropped out bags at 7pm and headed straight to the dining hall for the buffet. We came back about 10pm and when we entered the bathroom, there was a strong sewage smell. I spoke to Aris (saw his name on multiple reviews), and he promised to look at the in the morning. Sure enough he did, and it was definitely better afterwards so credit to him and the team at Breeze. Unfortunately the smell came back slightly less potent, we didn't complain a second time and decided to put up with it as we couldn't be bothered to move rooms.
The only other issues we had with room was that the shower glass must have a gap, as our bathroom floor kept leaking after a shower and had to use the towels to clean it up. This was reported at the same time with the smell, but still countinued to leak so we just carried on. Also, you want to get a room that isn't on the bottom floor IMO as you feel like your in the basement. On the plus side, the room was clean and quiet so no complaints there.
Now when this was advertised, it said it had 5 restaurants on site. So the Lindos Breeze shares itself with the Lindos imperium which is 30 secs up the hill. That's where the buffet and restaurants are. No big issue but..... For towels for the sunbeds, you have to go the bigger hotel and it's a 7-10min walk near the spa. Why the towels are not available at the smaller hotel I just don't understand. This would be a improvement to do this.
The pools were quiet and clean, so very happy here. The bar service was also great, shout out to them.
Food at the buffet was ok, not horrible but not great. Felt like most things like the chicken or Pork were cooked to a inch of their lives, but there was a big selection for everyone.
We were given two reservations at the ala carte restaurants. The steak restaurant was completely sold out. We ended up with the Italian and the Fish restaurants. The Italian was ok but not good/great, limited selection but the mains were ok (not great). The fish restaurant was good, definitely better than the Italian. Has grilled octopus for starter and sea bass for mains, both were really good.
The bar - all drinks are locally sourced (from Turkey), no joke. We found this out by someone else. If you love a hangover from the cheap alcohol, then this is for you. However I found the vodka for example very sweet, yes sweet! My fiancée has procecco and that was fine. She also mentioned the White wine (from the pump, not bottled) tasted like petrol.
Now as I say, less than £100 per night. The hotel offers great value and the location is south of the island. Just be prepared for a 1 hour taxi ride for the airport (95 euros for reference).
I would give this a 4/5 star review. I wanted to give it 3.5 but on reflection we had a nice time, but not great. Would I come back? No. I asked my financee the same question, and she said no. If you want a nice and quiet time at a good price, then this is for you. It's just not 5 star, more like four star.

Breezy holidays
I enjoyed my stay at Lindos Breeze Beach hotel. It is a small, cosy hotel with an access to all amenities of a big all inclusive resort (Lindos Imperial ) to which it's attached to. The whole complex is very well organised. It has few pools, bars, restaurants, private beach, spa, entertainment for kids, music in the evenings for adults. I was most impressed with the staff working there. Everyone work very hard to provide brilliant service and make the guests happy. The very helpful Lindos Breeze Beach hotel manager Aris, the lovely smiley and warm receptionist Irene, the night manager Paul, the lovely housekeeping ladies and the fantastic lady working at the pool bar. I felt welcomed and looked after. The main restaurant was very busy most of the time catering for very big number of guest, lots of families, but it offered good veriaty of food. However, our favourite was the pancake hut, where a very nice man was making the best pancakes ever! I would recommend this hotel. It offers good value for money. You can enjoy it's peaceful atmosphere and venture across street to the big Lindos Imperial for anything else you need.
Exceptional service at a peaceful hotel
We had a wonderful family holiday at Lindos Breeze Beach Hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, with the manager, Aris, going out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The service from Aris and Irene on reception, the friendly housekeeping staff, and the wonderful Camelia at the pool bar, make this hotel feel special and the personal level of care is truly outstanding.
We loved being in this smaller, quieter hotel, but having access to everything at the Lindos Imperial across the road. Our room was spacious and clean, with a sliding door between the super king bed and twin beds. The atmosphere was relaxed and calm. We were pleased to have a first floor room (6164) overlooking the garden as it was bright and peaceful. No mosquitoes was a bonus too!
The pools were all cooling down at this time of year, but with short wetsuits on the kids were happy to play in them for a while at a time. Most were without wetsuits and seemed fine. The sun loungers at the Breeze pool were SO comfortable. At all pools, and on the beach, there were so many sun loungers and never an issue with people claiming them early in the day and then not using them. You get beach towels every two days from the spa by the main pool. The beach is pebbles so take water shoes.
There was a great variety of food at the buffet with it changing each evening, and we found the Greek à la carte excellent and the Asian à la carte to be really good. At the main buffet restaurant I found it a bit busy and noisy, but opting to eat outside was much calmer and more enjoyable. The snack bars all had different menus and we loved the pita wraps at the activity pool. The creperie was open from 1pm (not 5pm as stated on the app).
We did a boat trip to Lindos with Lindos by Boat, which was a nice day out and great as it picks you up from the beach.
Although Lindos Breeze guests can’t access the Lindos app to make restaurant reservations, it’s worth downloading it to see the menus at the à la cartes and to see the entertainment schedule.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to other families. A huge thank you to Aris and his team for making it such a pleasant experience.

Perfect destination for you and loved ones
We had an amazing time with my husband for a couple of days. Great weather, amazing stuff especially the manager Aris, good facilities, food that took us back to our homeland, very efficient stuff. If you want to escape from your daily life and someone to take care of the boring little things that is the perfect destination.

Just spent a week at Lindos Breeze and had a lovely time. Overall both this and the Imperial hotel are incredibly clean, the staff are wonderful and the food was great quality. Not a 5* I wouldn’t say but 4* for sure and good value.
I’m a self-confessed hotel snob and was worried about this kind of holiday. I was travelling with a teenager and my parents and we usually do a villa but thought we would try something different. One of the party is immunocompromised so there were concerns before we arrived about cleanliness and food hygiene, but we needn’t have worried.
All the food in the buffet was well cooked, regularly refreshed and piping hot. The variety was excellent at breakfast and lunch, although we didn’t eat there for dinner but I imagine it was good. The service was with military precision and we never had any concerns about things being clean. The gyros near the activity pool were really tasty and the crepes were to die for! We dined at the Asian restaurant one night which was very good quality and delicious but beware, it’s totally outdoors so no weather protection and we were a bit chilly. We also tried the Greek restaurant where the food was very tasty although the risotto was a bit cold and slightly overdone, but overall we were very happy.
The pool area at the Breeze is fab, peaceful and pretty. The main pool at the Imperial was very nice, plenty of sun beds and not too hectic. The activity pool was loud with large groups who unfortunately had no concept of others around them but the slides were great fun so we happily spent a bit of time there each day mucking about on them before retreating to somewhere more civilised!
The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy. I would say that if you’re anywhere other than the basement levels you may have some road noise from the endless coaches coming and going, but the basement avoids this. However, you do have a LOT of loud slamming doors as it’s very echoey. Drove me mad, some carpet or soft closers would go a very long way here. If not say 5 star quality rooms but they were more than good enough. The top floor rooms weren’t in as good condition, I think maybe they are renovating from the bottom up.
It would be lovely if the Breeze has some more seating outside the front so that in the evening if you want to get away from the hectic bar at the Imperial but still be around other people there is somewhere more chilled to sit. There was one table with some chairs which felt a bit isolated when we wanted to play a game. We did love the table tennis though!
Throughout our stay there was at times a strong sewage smell, I think it’s not the hotels fault but still really needs addressing as at times it could be noticed in the bathrooms and was very strong.
Improvements I’d love to see: designated smoking areas - sitting with my son whilst people smoked around us was horrid. European hotels need to get on board with smoking/non-smoking zones.
Both hotels need more weather protection for restaurants if it’s chilly or wet in the evenings, and some patio heaters for the terrace would be good. The indoor bar is bright and loud so we hated that and wanted to sit outside but it was quite cold at times. Two of the à la carte restaurants have no weather protection at all so you’d not be able to use them in the rain.
Overall though we had a lovely time. I’d come again just with the kids or a group for sure. Everything was very good quality and the hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, just some of the other guests weren’t the best. Thanks to the fabulous staff as well, all were wonderful.
