The hotel is located in the magnificent and picturesque village of Kiotari, in the southeast side of Rhodes Island. The touristic centre of this small village is about 1.5 km away while the nearest bus station is only about 50 metres away. The beach is around 100 m from the property. Guests may also be interested in visiting Lindos village, some 15 km away, or the Old Town of Rhodes, which is around 65 km away. Rhodes International Airport is some 60 km from the hotel.
This is a beach hotel which offers a total of 410 rooms. It is part of a resort complex suitable for families who seek relaxing and joyful moments. The common areas are air conditioned and feature free wireless Internet access. The hotel also includes a bar and disco, a café, fully equipped business facilities, a restaurant and a car parking area. There is a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange facilities and lift access to the rooms. Guests may also make use of the auditorium, games room, children's playground, kids' club and bicycle hire.
The hotel's rooms are modern and well furnished. They provide a private bathroom with a shower and bath, a hairdryer, direct dial phone, satellite TV, a mini fridge and a safe. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating is provided, and each room has a balcony or terrace.
We stayed at this hotel from June 27 to July 4, 2026.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our holiday. The service was excellent – all the staff were friendly, helpful, and polite.
The food was also very good and varied. Everyone was able to find something they enjoyed, and we didn't even feel the need to book dinners at the à la carte restaurants, even though this was available a couple of times during the week. The daytime snack bars were also good, especially the pizza bar, where pizzas were baked in a wood-fired oven.
We stayed in a family room. The room was clean and was cleaned every day. The only major downside was the children's bed, which was a sofa bed that had become worn out and sagged in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Because of this, the children slept in the large double bed, while my spouse and I used the sofa bed. Since it was narrow, uncomfortable, and badly sagging, we eventually put the mattresses and blankets on the floor to make sleeping a little more comfortable. Unfortunately, sleeping on the hard floor left us with sore backs and aching bodies every morning. The hotel's beach was also a slight disappointment. There were very large rounded stones in the water, making it difficult and even dangerous to enter the sea. I would recommend that the hotel build a pontoon pier, even if it is only about 10 meters long, so guests can enter the water safely without having to walk over the rocks.
The evening entertainment was of mixed quality. Some performances were highly professional, while others seemed to be by fairly inexperienced performers. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the entertainment overall.
In conclusion, we were very happy with our stay. Despite a few minor shortcomings, we had a pleasant holiday and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
Demitra was amazing i had a very good time
Very nice and fresh all-inclusive hotel consisting of several buildings located by the sea. Clean rooms, nice pool areas and beach, friendly and helpful staff. Located next to other hotels so shopping and nightlife are distant.
ROOMS We stayed three persons (one adult, two teenagers) in a superior double room with a sea view. The room had a very comfortable double bed (actually 2 x single beds next to each other) and one extra bed which was a bit harder but was fine sleeping in during the week. In addition to the beds, the room had a small desk, one armchair, fridge, water boiler, safe and a wardrobe. The balcony had a small table and two chairs and a hanger for drying the swimwear and towels. The room and the bathroom were very clean and in good condition. Housekeeping cleaned the room and made up the beds and brought new towels every day.
RESTAURANTS Buffet restaurant serving breakfast (7-10.30), lunch (11.30-14.30), and dinner (18.30-21.30). Very good assortment of food, including a good selection of vegetables, and every dinner had a theme (asian, spanish, italian, greek, streetfood, etc) ensuring you don't get tired of the food during the week. Soft drinks, beer and wine served in this restaurant. Staff guides you to free tables during crowded hours.
One floor up from the buffet restaurant is the main bar located, serving soft drinks and alcoholic beverages during the day and until midnight, included in the all-inclusive.
During daytime (12.00-17.00) you can get pizzas or gyros/burgers close to the children's pool area. There is also a bar here where you can get coffee, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages during the same opening hours. All included in the all-inclusive. (There is also a similar place in another area of the hotel but as we did not stay there we did not visit it)
The pool bar serves soft drinks and alcoholic beverages from 10.00-18.00.
On the beach there is a bar serving free soft drinks and water during the day (10.00-17.00) and alcoholic beverages can be purchased to an additional cost during the day. After 17.00 all drinks are for purchase. Open until midnight or so.
POOL AND BEACH There are several pools in the hotel area. The main pool area (10.00-18.00) is just outside the buffet restaurant and this is also where the pool bar is. The children's pool area, having a pirate ship and other fun stuff for children, is a short distance away from the main pool area close to the children clubs and activities. There are also some pools outside of some of the other buildings for those staying here.
The beach belongs to the hotel. It's a nice pebble beach with sunchairs and a beach bar.
Sunbeds at the main pool area are normally reserved already at 9 or 9.30 although the pool is not opening until 10. Sunbeds on the beach are normally not fully reserved until 10.30 - 11.00 or so. We stayed most days on the beach for this reason. The impression is that there are a bit few sunbeds compared to guests. Sunbeds are free of charge.
Pool/beach towels are included and can be exchanged for new ones every second day.
SPA / GYM There is a SPA having an indoor pool and are offering a variety of treatments such as massages. We did not visit the SPA so cannot tell about their services.
Next to the SPA there is a small gym with a couple of treadmills, indoor rower, functional trainer, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Worked fine for us during the stay. The only drawback is that the gym is not air conditioned (door open to the outside all times) so it was a bit warm.
ACTIVITIES Minigolf (rather bad condition though), beach volleyball, basket ball, tennis etc, and children's clubs available at the hotel.
On the beach an external company is offering water sports such as renting out jet skis and small boats, but also possibility to go on inflated sofas, rings, etc after a boat. Water skis available as well.
ENTERTAINMENT Regular mini-disco and activities for children close to the children's area. The main bar offers music entertainment every evening between 21.00 and 23.00. Nice area to have a drink and chat or play some games.
