Arrived after a delayed flight to be told the hotel was fully booked and there was no room fir us, we were then transported to a hotel in the next resort this was not acceptable as we couldn't get settled in and start our holiday Came back at 11am the next day only having to wait until 3pm before we got allocated a room Reception staff were unhelpful and showed no empathy to our situation Wouldnt give the reception staff any marks out of 10 The bar staff were lovely and the cleaning staff were courteous and pleasant going round doing their cleaning duties The restaurant food in the main hotel wasnt great and was always cold by the time it got back to our table I would not return to this hotel and its definitely not a 4 star plus more like a 3 star The spa staff were always going round every day asking people to book in which after the first two days it was verging on annoying felt like they were invading our privacy Avoid this hotel
Not a plastic sun lounger or animation team in sight!!
We are coming to the end of a very enjoyable 10 nights away at Kreston Royal Euphoria and have been very impressed on a lot of levels. We travelled with our 12 year old daughter and have done all inclusive holidays for many years now, but this is up there with the best. The pool areas are beautifully set out with a relaxed atmosphere almost resembling a beach club, with an occasional chilled vibes DJ. Comfortable loungers and no issue in finding space even in busy season. The food at the pool side bar serves snacks throughout the day and light lunches and freshly made Crepes at 4pm which is a great touch. Also, the two girls on the bar down there always have a big smile and work so hard! The evening resturant has plenty of selection and again waiting staff cannot do enough for you, special shout out to Armando who goes above and beyond. Only issue we had at evening meal was that we were once placed in the conservatory/extension area which gets very warm, we chose not to sit there again. Our room was perfect for the three of us and we requested a full size bed for our 12 year old which was there waiting and made up on arrival, these touches really make the difference! During our stay we visited Symi Island which is well worth a visit and would 100% recommend. In the evening there is entertainment, bit in keeping with the hotel a very chilled atmosphere and again plenty of seating, you also get to see the sunset from the terrace. All in all it has been a fabulous trip. We shared half of our holiday meeting up with friends, and the other relaxing as a family. We will be back in future ❤️

We have just returned from an incredible 10-day holiday at Kresten Royal Euphoria Resort, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff made us feel so welcome and looked after.
A special thank you to George on reception, who was always friendly, helpful, and professional. Petros at the pool bar kept the drinks flowing with a smile and made every visit enjoyable. Ellie the waitress, was always warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our meals special. The food throughout our stay was absolutely lovely, and a big thank you to Chef Adrianna for the fantastic variety and quality every day.
We also want to mention Stam and Poppy in the resort shop, who were always so kind, welcoming, and happy to help.
A huge shout-out goes to the amazing Aura team – Melina, Marigo, and Savvina. They brought so much energy, fun, and enthusiasm to every day, making our holiday even more memorable with their fantastic entertainment and friendly personalities.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Combined with the beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and outstanding service, it made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Thank you to everyone at Kresten Royal Euphoria Resort for making our 10-day stay one to remember. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this wonderful resort to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday in Greece!

Great Hotel, friendly staff.
We had a 10 days vacation in the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised from the Hotel facilities, the service, the entertainment and everything else that made our stay here very fulfilling. Everyone that we interacted with, was excellent nut we wanted to say a special thanks to: Petros, Nikos, Giannis and Iliana from the bars, Stergia, Argiro, Dimitris and Alex from the Restaurants and Roberto Antonia and Despina from the Service team/housekeeping. We will definitely come back again.
Cretan massage
It's was really good! Very professional with great hospitality The cretan massage with Lena was perfect, it was a good combination between deep tissue and relaxing with a bit of stretching. I really recommend them
