We absolutely loved our stay here. The standout has got to be the staff, especially Earl in the main pool bar. He is by far the best waiter ever! A real asset to the hotel.

Also shout to to Alex and George at the lobby bar. They made amazing cocktails and very good fun. Although there’s no entertainment in the evenings we found them perfect. The listening bar had live music which was fantastic. The main lobby bar had a DJ which, with the fun bar tenders and meeting people, made it lively. We found all the guests super friendly and spent a lot of time with people we met here.

Definitely book A La Carte before you arrive to secure spots but they are all incredible! Buffet was okay but we rarely ate here as enjoyed A La Carte and lunch round the pool.

Love the small touches of getting fresh towels whenever you wanted round the pool and free room service for food and drinks.

Had the most amazing experience on our recent holiday, surroundings spectacular, Service from all staff outstanding, Food excellent, delicious food within main buffet, Al a carte restaurants delicious (book on app as soon as youre able). We felt so looked after, drinks always offered as soon as you sit down in any area of the hotel, mini fridge always topped up with whatever you required. We've had a fabulous relaxing holiday, that even the worst storm cant spoil. Brilliant thank you for the hospitality. We are now planning to visit Ella resort in Corfu next year!

We've just returned from a 5-night stay at this wonderful hotel and can honestly say it's one of the best we've ever visited.

Over the last decade we've mostly holidayed in the Canary Islands, with the exception of a trip to Cyprus earlier this year, so we decided to give Rhodes another try despite it being nearly 30 years since our last visit.

We travelled with Jet2 and, due to our late flight, didn't arrive at the hotel until around midnight. Fortunately, we were the first drop-off of nine on the transfer, which was a welcome bonus (we were the last pick-up on the way home!). Check-in was quick and efficient, and we were then taken to our room by golf cart. The concierge took the time to show us around the room and explain all the facilities, which was a lovely touch and set the tone for the service we would experience throughout our stay.

Our Junior Suite with a pool view and shared pool access was spacious and well-appointed. It featured a proper king-size bed rather than two singles pushed together, a daily replenished mini fridge, a comfortable seating area and two televisions. English channels were limited, but Chromecast functionality allowed us to stream content from our own devices.

Our balcony opened directly onto one of the quieter pool areas near the Rodini Bar and included two beanbag-style loungers. These were surprisingly comfortable once settled, although they took a little getting used to and weren't the easiest to get out of! After some rain, puddles would form when moving them, but thankfully they remained dry to lie on. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, and the room was cleaned to a high standard every day. My only minor criticism would be that the air conditioning seemed restricted for sustainability reasons, which made the room a little warm overnight at times.

During the day, the service around the Rodini Pool was exceptional. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, drinks service started from 10am, and snacks could be ordered from midday. A special mention must go to Caryl, who greeted us every day with a smile and was consistently friendly, attentive and professional. She is a real credit to the hotel.

The hotel offers one main buffet restaurant alongside several à la carte options, all bookable through the hotel's app. Unfortunately, availability for the specialty restaurants was very limited. We tried booking first thing on the morning after arrival and found virtually no availability until after our departure date. We did eventually manage to secure a reservation at Kavos, and to be fair, the food was excellent.

That said, for guests staying only five to seven nights, the current booking system can be frustrating. Interestingly, our neighbouring suite guests appeared to have no such difficulties and managed to dine in most of the à la carte restaurants during their stay, so we're not entirely sure why our experience was so different. Perhaps they booked immediately on arrival, maybe even before, or maybe we were simply unlucky. Either way, it does suggest availability is not always allocated evenly. Management might wish to consider limiting advance reservations to 48-72 hours ahead, giving all guests a fair opportunity to experience the speciality restaurants during their stay.

Thankfully, the buffet restaurant more than compensated. The variety and quality of food were excellent throughout our stay. Having recently stayed at another highly rated 4-5 star hotel in Tenerife where dining was a disappointment, we had absolutely no complaints here.

Most evenings we enjoyed drinks at the Siana Lobby Bar. Although temperatures dropped a little after dark, several outdoor tables were equipped with gas heaters, making it comfortable to sit outside. The selection of drinks and cocktails was excellent.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its staff. Whether in the buffet restaurant, the bars, the pool areas or the à la carte restaurant, every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and eager to help. Their professionalism and warmth elevate an already excellent hotel experience.

Another feature we particularly appreciated was being able to continue using all the hotel's facilities after check-out. We could still enjoy drinks, snacks and even dinner before our late transfer. Not every all-inclusive hotel offers this, and it was yet another example of the outstanding service provided.

The only real downside of our holiday wasn't the hotel's fault at all: mosquitoes! After one particularly wet day, my wife and I both became an all-you-can-eat buffet for some very hungry insects, each receiving well over a dozen bites overnight. Having avoided mosquito bites for more than a decade (Jamaica), we became complacent and didn't use the repellent we'd brought with us. Lesson learned! Once we started using it, the problem largely disappeared. Anyone travelling to the Greek Islands should definitely pack and use insect repellent.

The mosquito bites certainly don't detract from our overall view of this fantastic hotel. Quite simply, it is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, which is high praise considering the number and quality of hotels we've experienced over the years.

We would return in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, quality comes at a price, and our initial checks for 2027 suggest it won't be cheap. However, if we find the right deal, we'll have absolutely no hesitation in booking again.
