Location was excellent and also the staff! Food was very good. Rooms were pretty noisy and the doors did not have proper silencers to keep noises away. Sunbeds were informed not to reserve them over 60minutes, but staff did not do anything about it. All sunbeds was reserved 8-9AM although pool opened in 10:00. Would go again. Lots of activities organized etc!
My therapist was Irene, very experienced, warm, friendly and professional! Thank you so much for the relaxing massage! I definitely needed it and received beyond my expectations!
Visited the spa today and enjoyed a package with the amazingly lovely Fotini. I haven’t visited a spa in over a decade and she made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. The environment is beautiful and I’m so pleased I took time out for myself whilst my children splashed in the pool. Highly recommend these services
Check-in was quick, and the staff at the front desk were always friendly. The cleanliness was impeccable—it was always spotless. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always greeted you. Of course, with the exception of the entertainment staff—you got the impression they were on vacation; they’d walk right past you without even saying hello, looking all gloomy. I haven’t seen entertainment like that in a long time. What I liked most was the food—a wide variety and everything was delicious, with fresh seafood every day, red fish, and tuna. Another issue was that you had to wake up early to get a spot on a lounge chair, which is annoying because you often see towels on the chairs until midday and no one even approaches them. The hotel’s location is excellent—it’s just a 10-minute bus ride to Rhodes, and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. The hotel deserves its 5-star rating; I highly recommend it.
Great stay at the hotel, staff friendly, plenty of space, rooms cleaned every day and no problems getting sunbeds. Plenty of choice for food and entertainment good. Special shout out to Manas & Catalin in the restaurant who really looked after us and always had a smile on their face
