Full body massage
I had such a lovely massage experience! Katerina was incredibly kind, professional, and very good at what she does. I felt relaxed and refreshed afterwards. I highly recommend her and will definitely be returning!
Not a 4 star! Unrealistic to give this a 4 star review
Dreadful room situated in the annexe. Very outdated and smelly. Chipped tiles. Bathroom which flooded during a shower. Supposed clean Towels had hairs on them . Drains kicked out a pong. Dirty room and shabby. So disappointed. All Inclusive drinks choices are v poor and drinks are watered down so much. Had to purchase many drinks as AI were not drinkable.

Lovely beach front location. Stunning view. Parts of hotel very dated. Long soulless corridors. Room adequate. Linen clean. Very noisy due to so many children being there despite being October. Food varies. Little choice for vegetarians. Food usually only warm which is off putting. Bar staff very good at their job and chatty. Reception team efficient and tried to help me find a gold bracelet which was lost on a day trip out. Entertainment not for us..more like Butlins. Pools clean but crowded. We preferred the beach. Good value overall.

Needs some TLC
We visited the Blue Bay Resort in Rhodes in September 26. The reception area is very modern and inviting, the staff were helpful and friendly whenever we approached the desk. The food hall was a typical all-inclusive affair, there was plenty of choice, and we always found something we could eat. The grounds outside and around the pool were okay, and the proximity to the beach was great. But, the resort in general felt like it needed sprucing up. Boards you walked on along the beach were broken, lots of the free beds on the beach and around the pools needed repairing. Toilets around the pool weren’t great. The room we had in the main hotel building felt very old. There was a big crack in the washbasin, and the room felt dated. We used the shower room on the last day because we had a late flight and it was awful. It was covered in black mould and smelt really bad. The free towels are changed every other day, which we’ve never had before. Drinks in the bars after 11pm have to be paid for even though you’re all-inclusive. Frappe and ice creams also have to be paid for no matter what time of day. There are 3 alacarte restaurants, but you don’t get 3 free visits, and you also have to pay for drinks while eating there. A few evenings we walked up the road to Billy’s Bar, where the waiters were friendly and the food and drinks reasonably priced. The location of the resort is very good, we visited Rhodes town and Lindos during our stay.

Family get away to Rhodes
We spent a week at blue bay beach resort and had the most amazing time, the hotel is clean and tidy with lots to do for all age groups, the staff are all so friendly and helpful, there's plenty of pools and the hotel is situated literally on the beach, they have day time activities and would definitely recommend booking a massage. There's plenty to do outside of the hotel too, we took a trip to the old town, went on a boat trip with the main stop being Anthony quin bay for swimming and snorkeling and had lots of other trips exploring the area. Would highly recommend Rhodes as a holiday destination and blue bay beach resort, will be looking to book again in the future.
