Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful family holiday at this hotel in Faliraki, Rhodes. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome. The reception staff were always friendly and very helpful, our housekeeping was excellent, the food was tasty with plenty of choice, and the swimming pools were great. The hotel is also in a good location, close to everything you need, making it an ideal place for families. The beach is 20 min away by walk, but the hotel has shuttle buses.
A special thank you to the animation team. Our children loved the activities, and Sam and Meg quickly became their favourites. They were always friendly, full of energy, and made the kids feel welcome.
We would also like to mention the lifeguard, Panayiotis. He was always helpful and assisted several guests with minor injuries. He treated my knee after I had a fall, and we were also pleasantly surprised that he had ear drops when my dad developed a blocked ear during our holiday. He kindly helped him over a few days, and thankfully the problem cleared. We really appreciated his care and willingness to help.

We just got back from a fantastic holiday at Cyprotel Faliraki!The absolute highlight of our trip was the brilliant animation team. They were high-energy, incredibly friendly, and made everyone feel welcome. The pool area is really nice and perfect for relaxing during the day, and the food was good with plenty of options to choose from.As for the accommodation, the rooms are very basic, pillows and beds terrible and we did notice they stink sometimes coming from the drains. There was also only one plug socket in the room, so definitely bring an extension lead if you have multiple devices to charge!Regarding the nightlife, the main evening entertainment shows were not our personal favourite, but they still put in a lot of effort. Our only real critique is that the children’s entertainment should be earlier in the evening, as it starts a bit late for the little ones.Despite the basic rooms, the incredible atmosphere, amazing staff, and great facilities made this a 5-star holiday for us. We would definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Cyprotel Faliraki! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was exceptional with plenty of delicious options every day. The entertainment team also deserves special praise – 10/10 for keeping everyone entertained and creating such a fun atmosphere. The entertainment leader Rico was out of this world, best entertainment creator. Alan and Salem were on top with him. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes!

We had an absolutely amazing holiday at the Cyprotel hotel! The hotel facilities are excellent, well-maintained, and offer everything you need for a perfect vacation, from the fantastic pools to the great dining options.What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the brilliant animation team led by the incredible Rico. They brought so much energy, joy, and laughter to every single day. A huge special shoutout to Alan, Meg, and Salim, who went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and entertained. My stay at Cyprotel Faliraki was absolutely amazing! The hotel is clean, the food offers plenty of variety, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The pools and facilities are great for both families and couples looking to relax and have fun.
The highlight of our holiday was definitely the Good Time International animation team, led by Rico. They brought so much energy and positivity every single day. From fun pool games and sports activities to entertaining evening shows, there was always something enjoyable happening. Rico is an excellent leader who keeps the team motivated, professional, and incredibly welcoming. Thanks Su, Alan, Salim, Marley, Eva and Meg I hope I didn’t forget anybody.
A huge thank you to all the animators for making everyone feel included and creating such a fantastic atmosphere. They truly made our holiday unforgettable!
