Great experience
It was a great holiday here, I really enjoyed the quality of the food and the 3 pools here. The hole staff is very smiling and the animation teams Good Time and Jumbo are really fun and I enjoyed participating at the animations. The evening shows were great especially the acrobats overall an amazing experience.been coming this is our 6th year coming over and we come to this hotel all the time highly recommend.
Best holiday
We had a very fun filled holiday, the staff couldn’t have done more for us! We had 2 birthdays they decorated the room and gave gifts for both the kids! The animation team were incredible they made both kids feel welcome and they really enjoyed all the activities! They were amazing! Would definitely come back!
Despite the rooms we will be back
We came to Cyprotel Faliraki for a week in October. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great when we first arrived, but the staff were amazing at accommodating us and helping wherever they could.
The only real downside for us was the room. We had a family room and it seemed like around 90% of the family rooms required using stairs, which was quite annoying when travelling with a pushchair. Our room itself was very basic, but I honestly couldn’t fault the cleanliness. The cleaners were amazing throughout our stay. If we had left things out, we would come back to find everything neatly organised to the side, and they would even arrange the kids’ teddies on their beds, which was such a lovely little touch.
The food was also lovely. I’m a really fussy eater myself so I didn’t personally eat a huge amount, but as a family with different dietary requirements we thought the choice was brilliant. Everything always seemed really fresh, clean and well looked after.
The biggest thing that sets this hotel apart for us though is definitely the staff, especially the entertainment and kids club team. My children NEVER normally want to go into kids club on holiday, but this time they were constantly asking when they could go back!
Marlyn was always so welcoming and friendly, and my son was absolutely obsessed with Meli! The activities they put on were brilliant and the way the entertainment team interacted with the children was lovely to see. Even when they had technically finished work, they would still stop to say hello to the kids and make a fuss of them.
You could really tell that the team genuinely cared about making sure the children had a good time, and that made such a difference to our holiday.
There are definitely areas of the hotel that are a little basic and the stairs weren’t ideal with a pushchair, but we honestly couldn’t fault the staff, cleanliness, food or entertainment team. They made our week and the kids absolutely loved it. We would definitely consider coming back!

Great family hotel
We were a large extended family group of 14, ages between 6-68. We found Cyprotel excellent, suitable for all ages. Pool & splash park areas great, plenty of animation day & night. Food was very good for an all inclusive especially the snack bar area, even the drinks were decent & varied. Would definitely return & recommend!

Not recommended
Unfortunately, our stay at Cyprotel Faliraki was very disappointing. Our room had visible mould, dampness, a leaking shower, a loose sink, fridge wasn’t working, very bad smell. Food wise tasty but cold. Outside the resort rubbish everywhere, would not recommend this place to anyone.
