The hotel is situated on the south coast of Mykonos Island only about 4 km away from Mykonos town. Built above Psarou Beach, only a few steps away from Platys Gialos, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the deep blue of the Aegean Sea, this boutique hotel is the perfect location for families and those seeking a more private holiday. Mykonos Island National Airport is approximately 4 km away.
This small, private complex has been built in a typical Cycladic architectural style, painted in shining white colours. The modern boutique style provides a luxurious feeling throughout the whole hotel. The beach hotel was renovated in 2009 and has 25 rooms. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service. Facilities at the air-conditioned establishment include a hotel safe, newspaper stand and TV lounge. There is a café and bar on the premises. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the breakfast room and can take advantage of the hotel's room and laundry services. Guests can stay in touch via the Internet access in the Internet corner. Those arriving by car may park their vehicles in the hotel's car park.
The hotel's guest rooms are decorated and furnished with style and provide an elegant and quiet atmosphere. They are equipped with everything needed to make one's stay comfortable and pleasant. Each room has an en suite bathroom with shower/bath and hairdryer. Rooms are furnished with king-size beds. Amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, Internet access, a safe and a minibar. Tea and coffee making facilities provide added convenience and individually regulated air conditioning is standard in all accommodation. All rooms offer a spectacular view of the Aegean Sea from a private balcony.

Six Years at Nissaki – And Still Our Happy Place ❤️
This was our 6th year in a row staying at Nissaki Hotel, and once again, it was absolutely perfect.
Every year, we come back as two couples, and by now Nissaki feels like so much more than just a hotel — it feels like a place we look forward to returning to every summer. From the moment we stepped into the hotel this year, we knew we were going to have another amazing stay.
This year, most of the staff was new, and honestly, they were absolutely amazing. Ria, Maria, Marina, Hraklis, Nikos, Themis and Eirini — every single one of them made us feel welcome, comfortable and genuinely cared for. They were always smiling, friendly, professional and willing to help with anything we needed. Their positive energy made such a difference and really added to the experience.
A very special thank you to Maria, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her kindness, warmth and attention to detail made us feel truly special. She was always there with a smile and ready to help, and we really appreciate everything she did for us.
Despite having a mostly new team this year, the incredible atmosphere and high level of hospitality that we have come to love at Nissaki were still there — and perhaps even stronger.
For us, this trip was the perfect getaway. Two couples, another summer in Mykonos, and once again, Nissaki was the perfect place to stay.
Six years in a row says it all. We keep coming back because of the people, the atmosphere, the service and the feeling we get every time we arrive.
Thank you to the entire Nissaki team for another unforgettable stay. We can't wait to come back next year! ❤️

Absolutely Amazing Experience at Nissaki!
My daughter and I stayed here and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The service was amazing, the food was delicious, and the views were absolutely insane!
Maria, our host, was incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay special. She gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations in town and even made the reservations for us, which made everything so easy and enjoyable.
My daughter also had a pedicure during our stay and said it was one of the best she’s ever had!
We even met people staying at a nearby hotel who came over to Nissaki just to have drinks and take in the view—which really says it all. The atmosphere, hospitality, food, and scenery were truly unforgettable.
We had such a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend Nissaki to anyone visiting Mykonos. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️
A exceptional mom and daughter vacation
The service was amazing from the bartenders banter to the bell boy’s quickness. The host Maria was exceptionally kind. She was able to book last minute reservations and works hard to give you the best experience both inside and outside the hotel.

One of the highlights of our experience was Maria, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. She gave us excellent recommendations and helped arrange everything from restaurant reservations to transportation and beach clubs, which made our time in Mykonos so easy and enjoyable.
The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, and the rooms are very spacious. Our particular room was a little dated, but the beautiful view more than made up for it. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, and we loved that it was included with our stay.
Overall, we had a great experience at Nissaki and especially appreciated the warm, personalized service. Maria truly went above and beyond and helped make our visit to Mykonos memorable. We would absolutely recommend Nissaki to anyone visiting Mykonos!

Amazing time!
We had a lovely time at the Nissaki Boutique Hotel. The room was fabulous, the service impeccable and the breakfast was amazing. We are definitely going back!
