The hotel is situated only 5 m from the sea at Platys Gialos beach. The airport is roughly 3 km away, while the town of Mykonos lies at a distance of 3.5 km. There is a bus station and taxi station next to the hotel. The air-conditioned hotel has a total of 36 rooms and a lobby with a hotel safe. Furthermore, the hotel has its own bar, with a view of the sea, a restaurant and a TV room. Laundry services and parking are also available as well as Internet access. All rooms are fitted with luxurious and modern furniture. They are fully equipped as standard with air-conditioning individually adjusted. Leisure facilities include a swimming pool, a sauna and a gym. All kind of water sports are available on the beach as well as a playground next to the hotel. Guests may enjoy traditional Greek cuisine, snack bar and Italian restaurant in the premises of the complex.

Fraud hotel and bad treatment towards Indian customer
Clear case of fraud and partial treatment towards Indian Couple!
While we booked a standard room, which is 22 sq metres or 230 sq ft in size, we were in for a hell hole. The distance between bed and the adjacent wall is literally 5 fingers. Hence you have to jump across the bed to go to the other side. This is clearly different from what is shown in their website. We paid an exorbitant 750 euros for 3 nights here and have been clearly cheated here.
To add to this, the receptionist was rude and didn't accept her mistake or change the room. Despite showing her the photos on the website, she blatantly ignored us and asked us to go back to our room. There was no one to help us here despite us asking for a senior manager.
Please do not come to this hotel ever or be fooled by their reviews and ratings.

Room not as advertised
I booked a superior double room, which was supposed to have a balcony but when I checked my reservation 24 hours before check-in, it had been changed to a "comfort double" a room type that wasn't even listed as an option on their website. The room had no window, no balcony and a horrible smell. Staff offered me another room, but it was the exact same situation. To make matters worse, the hotel manager wasn't on premises, and I was told I'd have to deal with the situation for 24 hours. In the end, I had to book a room at the hotel next door.
Avoid this place!
Total rip off, awful. Avoid this dump of a hotel. Rude staff , filthy rooms.

READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! They are correct, this place is a rip-off and the older guy in the breakfast area is a rude jerk, as others have said. The beach is not included, just ridiculous. We stayed 1 day of our prepaid lodging and moved hotels, did not even ask for a refund, gave up 3 nights paid to be away from this place
Best cost&benefit
Thanas and Nikos were very friendly. The prices were honest and whey were extremely kind. Food and beverages were top notch. 10/10 recommended.
