Mitsis Ramira Beach

We had a lovely stay at Mitsis Ramira in Kos as a couple. We loved the size of the complex, with the choice of the main pool, Chess Bar pool, or beach, giving us plenty of options to relax. The buffet food was nice but lacked variety, with limited options that suited our tastes. However, the three à la carte restaurants were outstanding, and the food was delicious! A special thank you to Fabian from Guest Relations, who assisted us after we mentioned the buffet selection in our midweek survey. He kindly arranged for us to visit the à la carte restaurants more than once, making us feel listened to and genuinely looked after. This really enhanced our holiday. The staff were all helpful, but the evening bar teams at both the pool bar and lounge bar deserve a special mention. They were excellent, attentive, and always on hand to serve drinks. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a lovely large bathroom and bath. The pools were clean, and the heated pool was a bonus on cooler days. The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our only disappointment was the evening entertainment finishing at 10:30 pm (11 pm on Thursdays), which we felt was quite early compared with other hotels we've visited. Despite experiencing a few days of bad weather, we still made the most of our holiday and came away with some lovely memories. Overall, we felt very comfortable at Mitsis Ramira and really appreciated the facilities, friendly staff, and the way the hotel responded to our feedback. The complex offers a great choice of places to spend your days, and the service from the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily return, particularly during the summer months when we could make the most of the sunshine, pools, and beach. With a little more variety at the buffet and later evening entertainment, it would be even better. We would definitely recommend Mitsis Ramira to couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Kos!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was excellent. Special thanks to Fabian, who was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. He made our experience even better with his outstanding service. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel was clean Pools were clean and big enough. Sunbeds... not enough for all.. if you werent out early most had gone. Not hotels fault though, its people who put books etc on beds and didnt return all day because was on a trip or the beach. Staff hardworking and friendly. Rooms clean.. there was a couple of times when they took dirty towels but didnt replace, very inconvenient and this the only holiday ever we had this happen. Drinks... mixed bag.. some bar staff knew how to make drinks... others not. Choice of drinks not as varied as on other holidays... a tequila sunrise with no orange juice! Lots of drinks just wrong. Beach pebbly, need shoes.. sea warm but gets deep quickly with rocks under. Beach bar was best zone... gyros in day and a couple of evening partys which were fun.. again compared to most hotels, this was very low key, quiet and not full of activities. We watched a couple of singer type acts which were ok. Eateries... beach bar and pancake place, both great.. even with big queues. Main restaurant was busy, small and less choices than other places weve been. There was enough to eat though and never had trouble finding a table. No consistancy is how i feel. Staff delivered drinks to some by pool, but not all, drinks tasted different each time, welcome drink given to some, others not, towels not always collected etc... Didnt use gym, shops were ok, a la carte was ok, grounds pretty and spacious, location... a bit isolated... mixed communication with hotel and shuttle bus.. bus driver said stops midnight ish and to call hotel.. when we did the hotel said no, so we got a taxi which was cheaper than the bus anyway coming back from kos town.
