Mitsis Ramira Beach

Thought we would be getting the 5* treatment that this hotel states it's got, definately disappointed l would rate this hotel as a 3 star. Usually thing not enough sunbeds, lots of towels reserving them from very early in the morning so if your a late sleeper you'll have no luck trying to get a bed for the day. Mealtimes are horrendous if your not waiting for a table when you finally get in its like a cattle market with far too many people in the one space. Food isn't brilliant either, lots of pork if you like it, breakfast this morning was dreadful, cold porridge, not enough staff serving tea and coffee, the whole dinning experience is a put off. If l can make a suggestion for this hotel have another restaurant which will take the strain off this one, have tea and coffee stations where you can help yourself to tea and coffee instead of trying to get hold of a member of staff. The only good bonus of this resort is the water slide pool which our kids are enjoying. Would we come here again, definately not, we have paid such alot of money to come here and have been let down by the Mitsi Hotel Group

Awful. We want to leave on day one but we have booked for 10 nights. We’d emailed in advance about our room as we have a disabled son so need quiet (yet they put us in a room above the noisy bar open til 2am) but a quiet room wasn’t ready, so we had to swap after the first night. We went to reception at midday as requested to get the new room key and then move our things but were told to come back at 2. At that point someone had moved all our things in our original room, had put my underwear and toiletries into plastic bags. Our nightclothes everything had been touched and moved without any warning before 2pm. All our possessions in little bin liners by the door of our old room when I got back at 2pm. We did exactly what was asked and have a complete invasion of privacy. We would have forgiven the dated hotel and the fact that at 8am everyone has reserved sun loungers (there aren’t enough of them so it’s sun bed wars) but we can’t forgive how our things have been treated. I’m now in the room at 230pm waiting for my husband to talk to reception about new keys. Hate it here and wish we were home. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
