The hotel is located in the heart of the city on the picturesque harbour of Kos. It is situated just opposite the medieval castle and provides its guests with a spectacular view of the local area. The sandy beach is only 300 m away and there is a considerable number of Greek taverns and bars just a few metres from the hotel. This air conditioned city hotel comprises a total of 68 rooms. Facilities include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange and an Internet room. Furthermore, room service and car parking are available. The standard rooms are equipped with satellite TV and either a balcony or a terrace. Leisure facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, a children's paddling section and a poolside snack bar. Great location
Firstly the location is superb. Step out the front door and you are in the middle of the resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful.our room was very dated and really needs a refurbished.we had a walk in shower which was very rickety the door actually came off at one point. I think they need to improve the breakfast options. No toast or omelette available. I would come back purely for the location as it's a perfect resort for us.

Great holiday
Excellent hotel right on harbour front. Staff very helpful. Clean bedding every other day and towels every day. Nice size hotel pool no sun bed wars. Pool bar and hotel bar reasonably priced. Went to book for next year but being demolished and a new hotel should b ready by 1st June.
One night trip
We stayed here for 1 night before catching a ferry to leros. Very helpful friendly staff. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a family room which was very spacious. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked lovely. Reasonable breakfast selection with lovely watermelon. Excellent location for catching a ferry. Would recommend for a short stay.
Excellent location and value.
This hotel is ideally situated right on the front of the harbour within a couple of minutes walk to the Old Town. Greeted by friendly informative staff. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, approachable and accommodating. Room was very clean and big enough for the two of us. Plenty of storage space. The bathroom is on the small side but has a tub and shower. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The atmosphere at this hotel is relaxed yet professional. We did not experience any excessive noise and slept well. Free breakfast included providing cold meats, fruits, breads, cereals etc. Lovely to sit out on the patio area and eat your breakfast with a stunning view of the harbour. Would have been nice to have a toaster. Swimming pool is large and has an accompanying 'hot tub' and kids splash pool. We did not use the pool so cannot tell you if it heated or not. Pool bar, toilet and shower facility available. Extremely good value for money and would definitely stay here again.

Kos, how dissapointing
Sorry to say but Kos was hideous. As Australians I felt like I was in some kind of bad English film. Our room was very average with 2 single beds pushed together. The furniture was old. Kids running up and down the hall way, people arguing. Average breakfast. Thankfully for a ferry change , 1 night was enough
