This inviting Greek resort hotel is only 15 minutes south of Kos Island Hippocrates International Airport (KGS).
The resort hotel offers the perfect blend of romance, privacy, adventure and contemporary luxury to please travellers on a family holiday, exotic vacation, honeymoon or corporate retreat. Built in 2009, this beach hotel consists of a total of 238 accommodation units. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include air conditioning, a currency exchange, lift access to the upper floors, a hairdressing salon, TV lounge, children's playground and a car park. Business travellers will appreciate the conference facilities, and both room and laundry services are available for a fee. The hotel also has its own café and bar.
The spacious accommodation units with garden or sea views include a long list of pampering guest amenities such as a king-size bed with luxurious bedding. High-speed Internet access is available in guest rooms (for a fee). The luxury villas include private pools. All are en suite with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Amison’s family holiday.
We choose this Hotel to have a family holiday with our children and their partners. The Hotel was fantastic, and was real value for money, it’s in a great location and has a very friendly atmosphere. Every member of staff made you feel welcome and we’re always helpful. The rooms were big enough and very well kept. Overall the stay was great value for money.
We also wish to say thank you to the entertainment team, Mateusz, Marco, Ida, Sole & Emelie for organizing various activities to get involved in, every day. They are a credit to themselves.

Great Adult Only Hotel
Fantastic hotel. Staff are of the best we have ever met. Geat Food with plenty of variety. The hotel had a majority of German guests when we stayed and seems to be the case as the food is labelled in German with the English description in very small lettering. Either they think all English have 20-20 vision or the rest have bad eye site. Location by the beach is fine but felt for the older guests as the walk to the beach is a few hundred yards from the main hotel. Lots of entertainment and activities during the day and evening. For us the Al a Cart restaurant was a waste of time and money. The menu was fairly limited and steak, something we only have occasionally out was at extra cost. That is normal but not at an addition 40 plus euros. Wine list the same as in the hotel and really the quality and experience not up to the experiences you normally get in a specialist restaurant which you can only use once during your stay. There were also a number of other minor things that you tend to now expect in a 5 star hotel. No tissues in the room. No bar or service on the beach. Snack bar about 100 meters away but a fad to get to and invariably have spilt 1/2 the drinks by the time you get back to your seat. The towels changing is probably the worst we have ever experienced. Towel changing is done in the Spa area of the hotel. Opens from 10-6. Tough if you need to change outside these times and with the staff focused on the people who are booking in for Spa treatments, there is often a queue and a wait. But there were also some extra things this hotel did above and beyond. In the lobby there is always two large containers full of drinks free to have. The staff as mentioned earlier are amazing with nothing too much of a problem. The grounds are kept immaculate with loads of water pools and relaxing areas. Something IMPORTANT to be aware of is if you book any trips make sure you are early for the pick up. They arrive on time and if you are more than 5 mins late they will leave. In conclusion we had a great stay. There is no restaurant to walk to in the area but a short bus ride away 2 euros you get to the local town. Just be aware that you will do quite a bit of walking. One last item. The night trip to Zia is well worth it. Make sure if you want to have a meal and watch the sunset you should book as soon as you arrive. A great 5 night stay at Atlantica Belvedere
Lvely quiet hotel with music playing in busy areas. Stunning views across the sea to islands. Clean spacious rooms with large terrace overlooking the sea. Grounds pristine and lovely to walk through. The beach was sandy , swimming perfect esoecially to the left of beach..no stones.We enjoyed the volleyball,yoga,pilates and aqua fit , run by amazing, friendly interesting people, especially,Mateusz,Marco,Jenni,Emelie Ida and Sole. All staff helpful,attentive and friendly. Great value for 5 nights, food and drink were good.
