The Akti Palace hotel is located in the area called Tholari, just 4 km east of Kardamena, 20 km from Kos Town, 10 km from the airport and to a short distance to all attraction areas of Kos Island.
The hotel consists of 15 buildings which are scattered around of 35.000m2 of gardens. It looks like a small modern village with pathways and plazas.
The seafront deluxe modern style facilities and accommodation of 189 units are influenced by Dodecanese style architecture.
- Based on COVID-19 guidlines and regulations, we are implementing all necessary health measures on-top of the hotels' already exemplary sanitation procedures, high hygiene and cleanliness standards, to ensure a safe environment for all our guests and staff. Our Ultra-All-Inclusive concept of food and drinks available 24 hours a day in one of our restaurants and bars, will remain the same.
Any guest who prefers not to have daily room cleaning, must inform reception staff upon arrival. Our indoor heated pool will remain closed. Activities requiring team sports such as football, basketball, water polo, etc. will be prohibited.
All additional safety measures which will be introduced must be followed by both guests and employees.

Fab time and food was fantastic
We had a fantastic stay at akti palace check in was easy and George very kindly showed us to our rooms 2nd and 3rd floor of the separate little blocks (my request for the rooms to be together was granted) my daughters room had birds nesting by the door which fledged just before we left it was lovely to see. The food was plentiful and very tasty fresh salmon almost daily along with steak etc something for everyone in the main restaurant and the snack bar. Entertainment was quite low key but enjoyable. The beach is a slight let down it needs better access into the see as it is very precarious to get in and out of especially if you go on the sunbeds to the left and the sunbeds etc need renewing it felt a little neglected. You can go over to akti beach hotel and go to the adults only pool and have lunch etc there too we did this quite a few times as it was quieter. There is a bus you catch outside which takes you to kos town and back which is good 👍. Staff friendly and the rooms are clean and practical with good are con .

Great hospitality, excellent spa services
Spent few days in this hotel and I feel very satisfied overall. Aspasia's hospitality has exceptional. Also I visited the spa and I received an excellent massage. Special thanks to Sam!
Grest massage at hotel
Esmeralda, very good massage. I had the deep tissue package. Had a sore neck and back. Very relaxing.

Had a back massage with Esmieralda and it was very calm and relaxing, with the right strength movements
