The best holiday we’ve ever had
Absolutely the best holiday that we have ever had Everything at your fingertips, all staff so kind, caring, approachable and helpful
We had such a lovely 10 days here as a family of 4, with two teenagers
Stayed in the maisonette room which was huge and worked perfectly with the two floors, balconies and bathrooms,
Entertainment was none stop, big shout out to the entertainment team who went above and beyond from 10am until gone 11pm at night with various activities in and out of the pool. Spider-Man needs a special mention, he was incredible. We could not believe his performances and he always came to say hello, even waiting for our bus to leave and wave goodbye as our bus collected us to go to the airport
Plenty of food available 24/7 as well as drinks
Packed lunches to take away can be ordered the day before they’ve needed and collected from the kitchen before you head out for the day
Beach has slippy rocks but is accessible by the added sand bags and beach shoes with amazing snorkelling opportunities, the fish love banana and bread
Honestly this was the best holiday we have ever had

Perfect for ALL!
This is the perfect place for everybody, no matter age or wether You travel with or without children! The hotel area is gigantic with several bars, restaurants, 9 pools and lots of activities and entertainment. As a couple with grown kids we prefer to stay in the more quiet adults only section, but with access to the entire hotel area we can choose more people and "action" whenever we feel like it. Staying in the adult area we have a smaller bar and restaurant (no ques), and the entertainment is more low key, but very nice. Although we found it better and more varied last Year. The staff knows their guests, our needs and wants, and give excellent personal service to all. Our room is on the ground floor with our own space outside with private chairs and sunbeds, and a pool we share with our neighbouring rooms. Often we have the pool to ourselves because somebody is always spending their day elsewhere. Maitenance is doing an excellent job keeping the pool and the surrounding area nice and clean.
I could write so much more about this perfect resort that we have visited twice - so far. Because we will keep spending our holidays there in the future. But I do know that some people gets a little bit disappointed when they arrive, because they expect it to be a very exclusive, high end hotel, based on rating and presentation by the agencies. So I'd like to point out that this is not "Dubai luxurious", but absolutely good enough to exceed most peoples expectations and standards. And IF You have any issues at all, just tell the staff or recepton, and they will immediately solve it for You.
Amazing vacation
Great hotel, second time here. Nice staff, cleanliness, tastyfood, everything what you need. This year I try Aegeo wellness and definitely go if you need some selfcare. The therapist Despoina was great and gentle. Helps me relax.

Great value for money
5 of us, wife and I in adults area and ‘kids’ in a room for three but as they were 16+ they were allowed to visit the adults only area. Quite a distance from town but a regular shuttle bus was great - note - in the evening rammed so be aware. The food was excellent apart from the Mermaid - don’t bother loads of people left during their meal. We stayed on the adult side for almost every meal and Dimitris’ service was exemplary in the restaurant. Another note, if you want Prosecco, insist that you are served it and not the horrific sparking wine. They do have it but Gevorg did his s absolute best not to allow my wife to have any! I was less than impressed with his arrogant attitude every time he served us - talking to other staff rather than doing his job. Everyone else was great. The room we had was great - nothing special but clean, comfortable and great air con - cleaned every day too beautifully. Tennis was great - even free tennis lessons. One more hint - bring a water bottle each as you pay for bottled water after your first complimentary one but there is fresh water available everywhere and fridges in the room.
