Classy and beautiful
Beautiful place, we got an upgrade of our room immediately which i think was a classy thing to do, and this place is classy altogether. Rooms and the whole place is super clean, the employees are very polite and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet which makes it a perfect weekend getaway.
Absolutely thrilled! Incredible hospitality and worth every single cent
I had the most wonderful solo stay and am truly thrilled with my entire experience. I was kindly upgraded, which made my trip feel extra special, and I can genuinely say that every single cent was worth it! The hospitality here is on another level. The entire team was attentive, polite, and constantly made sure I was comfortable. I want to give a huge special shout-out to the housekeeping attendant working in my room's sectionβhe was so kind, incredibly helpful, and proactively checked in several times to see if I needed anything. That personal touch really stood out and made my stay seamless. The hotel grounds and the surrounding nature are simply breathtaking. The gardens are pristine and create such a relaxing, tranquil vibe. The food was generally very good and flavorful (though as a minor note for personal taste, a few dishes were slightly too salty). Having a self-service tea and hot water station would also be a lovely little addition. Just two minor constructive notes: the indoor pool felt noticeably cooler than the advertised 32Β°C, and a couple of the public restrooms could have used more frequent upkeep/freshness (likely due to end-of-season staffing). None of this took away from how wonderful my stay was. I had a fantastic time, felt truly taken care of, and would definitely return!

Miraggio in October
Fantastic resort in a beautiful location! Friendly staff, excellent service, amazing spa facilities, and delicious food. Everything was perfectly organized, making our stay relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended!
