This attractive hotel is situated in a small village called Kato Stalos and it is only 7 km away from the city of Chania, 19 km from the port of Souda and 23 km from airport. Hidden charges
We liked the hotel we had read the reviews and opted just breakfast .so each night we were out eating by the sea . Rooms were good mygripe is with 2rooms I was charged £280 for environmental charge air con I guess.and 30 euros for a small safe was not expecting that and it just niggled me at the start of holiday you pay 10 euros a night for that Overall good staff breakfast was good the restaurant was small so for me all inclusive reminded me as a school canteen but it depends what you want jimmy in main bar top man

Family stay
Lovely hotel, staff are very helpful and accommodating, the rooms don’t have a kettle as standard however reception were happy to provide one when requested. Rooms kept lovely and clean breakfast was good a really nice choice of food hot and cold, overall can’t fault this hotel and would use again if we returned to the area.

Good drinks
Bartender Jimmys is very good and friendly. Quality service and amazing drinks. He also speaks good Finnish. Rooms and other areas were clean.
Wonderful holiday
The big family from Denmark has just returned home after a wonderful stay at Hotel Creta Palm.
This is a hotel where the restaurant staff, bar staff, housekeeping team, and everyone else truly made our stay unforgettable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and consistently helpful.
The hotel has a fantastic location and lovely rooms. The staff keeps the rooms really nice and clean👍
