Great family hotel
Went with family, we had an excellent time. The hotel as all of facilities that you need for a great holiday. The buffet is comprehensive and should suit everyone. All The the hotel staff are excellent, especially the receptionist's nothing was too much trouble.
Fantastic hotel, amazing staff, and memories our family will cherish forever.
We had a wonderful stay here last week and received excellent service from the entire hotel team. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming.
A special thank you goes to a remarkable woman at the reception. Through her kindness, humour, and genuine interest in our 5-year-old daughter, she created daily moments of joy that became one of the highlights of our holiday.
The Entertainment Team also brought great energy and a fun atmosphere throughout our stay, which added to the overall holiday experience.
We also enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast every morning, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from both the beach and the town.
Thank you for making our holiday so special and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel.
AWFUL
What a shame this hotel in its heyday would have been beautiful but now tired and old. Not worth the star rating. Do not expect luxury as there is none only overworked staff . Poor reception awful food . No cutlery and spoons and tea spoons non-existent. No saucers and you are lucky if you get a wine glass and not a paper cup. Good awful food. Why sell a holiday like this with so much wrong with it. After an hour drive from airport and early hours of money you just need your room and then unpack in the morning. No such luck at this hotel even though our room should have been ready we were put into a room with out windows and felt like we were in prison with mouldy shower and no water. Reception unable to help until next day. So where was our room we booked . This did not just happen to us. Why not rate it lower and be honest. We fortunately found a little restaurant 2 min drive from hotel which served really good food. Also they sent free transport to pick you up and return you. “No Name” was the restaurant. Shame who ever manages hotel cannot bring it up to scratch. Please do not pay for 5 stars you will only just manage 3 stars which is my opinion. I wish loveholidays had experienced the hotel before selling it to customers. I have lost faith in loveholidays
Great place to stay
We stayed as part of a small group booked through Just Go. Clean room and comfortable bed. Excellent roomy shower, and powerful hairdryer (makes a change!). Very little wardrobe space with the safe taking up 1/2 the hanging space but managed.
Found the gym (didn't see anyone else there) with some decent equipment, pleased with the exercise bike to help compensate the food. Buffet was varied but still a little repetitive . Good salads, and excellent pizza. Always different hot choices. We only ate lunch at the hotel a couple of times, which was disappointing as not a lot of choice.
Small shop next to the hotel selling any essentials needed run by a delightful family. And a pharmacy an easy walk away. Forgot about mosquitoes so quickly paid them a visit.
Staff are just lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Argie on reception is delightful and a real asset to the hotel. Evening Barman Elias makes the best cocktails. Mustn't forget Tim on entertainment. He is a ray of sunshine and delightful guy.
The whole place has a very happy atmosphere and we had a brilliant holiday.

Never again
The hotel was originally built in 1975 and has had many refurbishments. I was there with the Bridge Collection group who offer bridge holidays for which I believe this hotel was totally unsuitable for mature clients. You either had to use a lift from street level or climb a steep hill to get to the main entrance. Although the rooms where kept extremely clean there was no where to store your smalls as it had no draws anywhere, but only hanging space. The food was poor and rather boring. I had to ask the restaurant manager to heat the plates when hot dishes where available. This hotel specializes in groups and the low ceiling in the restuarant made it difficult to chat as it was very noisy. The swimming pool was excellent and clean and there was plenty of sunbeds with towels available from the reception. All staff at reception were extremely helpful and obliging. There was a local bus service available close by to take you into the main town.
