SUPERBLY HELPFUL STAFF
SUPERB STAFF Recently returned from this hotel after my first solo holiday. I was a little apprehensive, but I need not have worried. Everyone was so helpful, kind and welcoming without being intrusive. Lovely rooms with tea/coffee making facilites, fridge and free safe. Welcoming fruit and wine on arrival, lovely touch. Rooms cleaned and towels replaced daily. My room was overlooking the pool and never had a problem with noise. Did sit on balcony one night and enjoyed a really good saxophonist playing. There are three pools and I particularly enjoyed the small dip pool, very refreshing in the heat of the day. Never had a problem finding a sunbed either. Breakfast okay between 7.30 til 10.30 so no rush to jump up. Walk to Old town and harbour about 20 minutes walk, but plenty of bars and shops along the seafront to enjoy. Well done Minos.

Amazing
Amazing staff, very friendly, amazing hotel
Great stay with friends!
We had a great stay with friends. The location was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we felt it was good value for the price. We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful time in Rethymno
Had a great time in Rethymno, just a fantastic resort. Hotel Minos was a great place to stay. We were bed and breakfast. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The hotel is very clean, very well maintained. The staff were always extremely helpful. Special mention to Timmy on the entertainment team. A really nice guy. The only negative we had was the hotel tried to charge us for a meal we never had on checkout. We always paid cash for any meals we had. The issue was resolved as the lady at the pool bar knew we only used cash. I’d say it shows charging to the room is open to abuse from dishonest people.
