The beach hotel is located along the promenade in the eastern part of Rethymnon town. This city hotel is decorated in a modern style and offers a pleasant ambience, ideal for young people and couples. Guests are offered 77 rooms in total and welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services and a hotel safe. Further facilities include a restaurant, WLAN Internet access and a car park. All studios and apartments are spacious and decorated in a modern style with very bright colours. Most of the rooms have a private balcony or terrace with direct sea views. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV and a private bathroom with a shower. Overall ok
Thank you to Sophia in reception for her kindness and helpfulness. Staff members in the beach bar were so kind and hardworking, and the same applies to some of the staff members in the restaurant. Thank you all. The room was clean and comfortable. We booked a room with a pool view, but it was actually a church. If one stood at the balcony and looked to their left, they could see the pool. So I am not sure that "pool view" was a totally accurate description. There was also a small room with a TV and sofa with no natural light- not nice at all. Breakfast was ok, and the food in the beach bar was good. Dinner was very disappointing. The beach is ok, and it is easy to walk to the town (about 30-35 minutes).

Melody spa was great!!
We had a wonderful experience at Melody Spa! From the very beginning, we had quick and pleasant communication with Nicol, our masseuse. She was very friendly and made us feel comfortable and relaxed right away.
My partner and I both had an amazing massage and truly enjoyed every moment of it. Nicol was professional, kind, and made sure we could completely relax and enjoy the experience.
Thank you so much, Nicol, for the lovely welcome and the wonderful massages. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back again! ❤️

The hotel is amazing. From the sea view at the restaurant to the quiet pool and clean private beach. We also had a massage at the spa which was amazing and very reasonably priced. I can confidently say as a fussy hotel stayer… ignore any negative review. The surrounding areas and restaurants amazing too. Highly recommend

Stunning hotel and lovely staff. Highly recommend the spa, massage was incredible and the staff there- Nicol, eleanna and Georgia were amazing!

We stayed at Ikones at the end of June/beginning of July, and everything went wonderfully. Perhaps the suites were not quite as spacious as we expected, but overall, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the staff was outstanding. The beach service was also excellent. A big than you to all the staff who welcomed us and looked after us so wonderfully throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and would be happy to return.
