The Grecotel Lux me white. Sept and October
we had a swim room and we enjoyed the privacy however the water was to cold to swim in. we found the umbrellas in the swim up area to small to actually shelter from the sun The cleaning staff were excellent and the room was always clean and sheets changed regularly as we were there for 2 weeks. we enjoyed the excellent food and staff at the Italian especially Kiki and the all the staff were very attentive during the day and evening.
we thought food through out the resort was delicious and plentiful. a special mention to the staff at the Buffet namely Elani who was delightful and very special also George who was kind to us in many ways.
the mixologists at the lobby bar were pleasure to watch and produced some amazing cocktails and were very happy to explain how to make them.
we found the staff throughout The Grecotel Lux me white extremely friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the entertainment
unfortunately we were there when we had 5 days of gale force winds heavy rain and wild wld seas and the staff were amazing in trying to keep on top of the water coming in the restaurants namely the Italian and the reception area and then continued after the weather passed to sunshine. to make it all super clean. congratulations to all staff members. it was a supreme effort to summarise the Resort is very clean indeed , food excellent and all the staff very very friendly and helpful

Exceeded our expectations and will be returning.
We spent a fantastic and relaxing 2 weeks at the hotel from the end of September. We arrived late in the early hours of the morning after a delayed flight and were warmly welcomed and immediately put at ease and could feel the weight of our long journey disappearing and our holiday truly starting.
We cannot over emphasize how good the staff are here. They really make your holiday special from beginning to end. Service was excellent in all areas from the Bars to the Restaurants, to the Housekeeping and Poolside service. The Staff keep the hotel incredibly clean, despite the first 5 days of our holiday being affected by unseasonal storms.
Standards are high and we enjoyed all the Restaurants, especially the White and Asia White. We also loved being able to discuss our wine preferences with Charlotte who is knowledgeable and friendly and helped us match wines to our Menu. She also runs group wine tasting sessions, which are fun and informative, not to be missed.

Lovely relaxing week .
Just come back from a lovely holiday at this Hotel . As mentioned in previous posts what stands out is the wonderful staff there . Everyone really works hard to make sure you have a good experience Highlights for us were the pool areas which were some of the loveliest pools and beds we have come across . If you want a beautiful beach then you will be disappointed. A small beach with a few beds . The al’carte restaurants were good particularly The White . The buffet was okay but the food could be hotter it was on the cold side most of the time . The rooms are typical Greek Minimalistic . Be aware some rooms have a shower over the bath which is quite small and if you are elderly you might find it a problem. These rooms were on the small size too. Pay the extra for a walk in shower although there is no bath , the room is bigger too. Drinks were all good and entertainment was good . The Saxophone player was brilliant and also the lady singer . The hotel has a very relaxed vibe . Yes there are some negatives but the positives outway them . Have we been to better 5 star hotels yes , but we would still go back to this hotel .

Beautiful hotel
This is such a beautiful hotel, this was our 2nd visit this year. The staff really cannot do enough for you, all are so friendly. The grounds are so clean and well kept, the hotel has a real peaceful atmosphere and has beautiful sunsets . The quality of the food and drinks are very impressive , they have a great selection of wine too. Evening entertainment is excellent. A big shout out to both Maria’s and Mai in the main bar, really lovely ladies. Also Antigone and Juliana in the white Asia and Italian restaurant Dimitra on guest services was always so helpful too. And thank you to Vardis for his patience in answering my numerous emails. Really cannot fault this hotel .

This hotel is amazing nothing is to much for the staff and it’s the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at The food and drinks are amazing
