Anniversary getaway
Our stay was absolutely wonderful and everything went perfectly. The staff was incredible, especially Rafaela, who helped me organise a surprise for our wedding anniversary on the very same day. Her kindness and dedication made the occasion even more special and unforgettable.
The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel is new and offers outstanding facilities and comfort. Every member of the staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
The food selection was impressive, with a huge variety of options, all very well prepared and delicious.
We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very well looked after. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our stay at The Royal Senses Resort & Spa has been nothing short of extraordinary. We have been fortunate to travel to many beautiful places around the world, but this resort has truly earned a place among our all-time favorites.
Everything exceeded our expectations. The breathtaking sea views, the beautiful and luxurious rooms, the exceptional service, the stunning surroundings, and the warm hospitality made us feel welcomed every single day. The food deserves a special mention—without exaggeration, the restaurants here are among the two best we have ever experienced. Every meal was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and an experience in itself.
What made this vacation truly unforgettable, however, was the incredible team. Every interaction was filled with genuine kindness, professionalism, and smiles. It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in creating memorable experiences for their guests.

Excellent hotel, the best experience
An absolutely unforgettable stay! The breathtaking view, exceptional food with plenty of variety, spotless rooms, and outstanding staff made everything perfect from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I honestly can’t see myself staying anywhere else when I come back. Highly recommended!
A Perfect Holiday Experience
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms and facilities were spotless, and the pools were beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety of delicious options for everyone.
One of the highlights was the breathtaking sunset view, which made every evening special. Everything was perfectly organized, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.
We will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable holiday.

Dream Honeymoon
We stayed at the Royal Sences for our Honeymoon. Each member of staff went over and above to make sure we made so many memories! We shared laughter, stories and made friends with so many that we met. This has been our third time visiting Crete, and this wonderful hotel. We got engaged here in 2024, brought the family in 2025 and took our first steps in married life together in 2026. Thank you for being part of so many memories and no doubt we will be back in 2027. Thank you all so much!
