Great recognition for the hotel's excellent food—a variety of seafood, meat, and excellent desserts—seasoned dishes with attention to detail, a wide variety of desserts, and a well-coordinated team. The restaurant is kept tidy, with tables cleaned regularly so no guest has to wait. Special recognition for Manager Marios, pastry chef, and Chef John, Chef Viggelis.

We would like to express our huge gratitude for the amazing atmosphere and incredible service from everyone during our stay from August 23rd to 30th, 2026.
A special thank you goes to the dining room managers and their team. The food was absolutely delicious and varied, the service was fast, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The housekeeping was also flawless – we had fresh towels every single day, and our room was always perfectly mopped and cleaned.
We also want to highlight the great service at the pool bar, the entertaining animators, and the wonderful masseuses. Everything in the hotel is in absolute TOP condition. We are extremely satisfied and grateful for this beautiful vacation in Crete! Thank you for everything.

Amazing hotel in the Paradise
I had the best holidays of my life! First time in Greece and I will go back every year!! The hotel is lovely, right in front of the beach. The pools were clean and the water was warm! The food was delicious! I miss already the Greek food!! The buffet had lots of salads, meat, pastries, pastas. We stayed there for 10 days and the sun was shining everyday!! Only walking 2 minutes from the main beach, you’ll find this amazing natural swimming pool!! It’s the sea but with rocks around and it makes a lake!! I stayed 2 hours inside the warm and clear water!! It’s a Paradise with the mountains right there in from of you! The hotel was clean and the staff is the best part! I loved the girls from the SPA! Yasmim and her colleagues are so nice and so polite! The massage with Anastacia and kristy were the best!! The staff from the pool bar are always smiling and working so hard!! Eva and Aristides ( I can’t spell their names) were so bubbly and full of life!! I had so much fun in the bar!! Hope is also lovely!! All them are! Staff from the reception, the cleaners, the manager! Wow!! Its a beautiful hotel, very well organised. We stayed in the room with balcony and sea views. The cicatas were singing every day! I super recommend this hotel and I will definitely go back! We were with all inclusive and we didn’t regret it. The hotel is in a quiet area but in 5 minutes by taxi you are in Malia. Old town is beautiful, with Greek restaurants and colourful flowers. We had dinner in San Georgio and it was a beautiful and cheap experience! The new town is full of pubs and nightlife. We had dinner in Wasab and the sushi boat was delicious!! I fell in love with Crete!! With Malia! I would live there with no problem! What a paradise! People are so nice! I miss my friends from the hotel already!! Thanks for all guys!!

My perfect experience of Malia Bay hotel
Hotel has really good location, its very close to beach, atmosphere is perfect, everyone is very nice. Rooms are pretty comfortable with best beds and good bathroom. Space is perfectly clean and they keep it that way. Value is good. Place is quite and noise level is satisfaing. I dont have any complaints about servise.

The hotel looks amazing and clean. The service is fast and efficient and the staff is very nice. The noise isnt bad only the crickets but those are everywhere. Atmosphere is very chill and vacation like. Location isnt very good but theres a city nearby. Rooms are good looking and clean thanks to the cleaning service. Amenities are good, the ac works. Value - the people here smile a lot theres a happy energy. Thank you to the manager Marios.
