Great sunny Autumn break
From the check in staff to guest relations to entertainment and waiting staff everyone was so helpful and willing to make your holiday fun.
Special thanks to Josefine and Elodie as well as Vaida making the daily activities super fun. Really enjoyed it.
The speciality Greek restaurant is great but the staff forget cutlery and glasses when they serve the food and sharing bottle for the table. One to note and make better Mr. Panos.
Double bedrooms are super tiny if you are a family and if you are a little stuffed on the all incl. goodluck getting past the bathroom door and sink..way too small for a hotel of this standard. Common!
Overall the rest of the property is great and the food always warm and tasty too. The bars have good options and the service is quick and friendly too. Also the option of a bit of fun sports of Tennis, Padel and mini golf keeps everyone burning the calories...

October holiday!
Lovely resort nice and clean, day entertainment and evening is good, especially the aqua classes they were my favourite. Food is good not the best for vegetarians but my family all enjoyed their food at each meal I however struggled a little. It’s quiet but it’s October but still so much to do I can imagine summer to be very busy! We never had to queue much for anything and no fighting for sunbeds which may just be because of the season. Rooms are on the small size for a family of 3 not alot of wardrobe space and only 6 hangers so bring your own! Balcony also small only given 2 chairs. Will definitely come back though all staff very friendly and accommodating.

We have just got back from a week stay here. Myself, my two little girls and their dad. My eldest daughter uses a powered wheelchair and it was our first time taking it abroad so we were very anxious. We booked through jet2. When we arrived the manager came to speak with us to let us know that jet2 hadn’t let them know about our accessibility needs and the room they had allocated us wasn’t suitable. He apologised and found us a ground floor bungalow suite which was perfect for us. Getting around the resort with the chair was nice and easy, ramps available everywhere. The only place we struggled was the kids club as there is a small step inside which we couldn’t access and the lady in there struggled to understand the issue that we wouldn’t lift the chair over due to its weight. But I think this was more a language barrier. We weren’t that fussed as we only wanted to use it once on one of the Rainer days but definitely something to look into to make the kids club accessible for all. The pool area was great. Nice and gradual entry, no steps and the floor around pool wasn’t tiled so there were no slip risks which was great for us. No issues with sunbeds but it was quiet and out of busy season. The beach we struggled with as it was pebbles and a step having to access it it wasn’t ideal. But this is noted on the advertisement so we were aware. plenty of accessible bathrooms throughout the hotel and lift access. However there was only two lifts and they aren’t very large so it meant some of our party has to take the stairs as we wouldn’t all fit with the wheelchair but this wasn’t a big issue. The evening entertainment my girls enjoyed the mini disco and the shows after were all fab, we really enjoyed them. They were great to watch. On our first night we noticed it was only step access to the dance floor which meant our daughter couldn’t access it, I spoke with who I assume was a manager about it. They assured me they would sort it. A few hours later they came to find us and brought us to try out the ramp they had installed which was great and much appreciated and will benefit many more people in the future!! The buffet was good, there was a good selection for everyone and we enjoyed it! We really enjoyed the Greek restaurant, the service from the manager there I assume was lovely my little girl accidentally knocked and smashed a glass and was embarrassed he was great with her and made her feel really comfortable . Very welcoming and great with our children. The only downside we found was the lack of local shops close by we had to get a taxi places. But again that was known before we went and not a hotel issue. Thank you for our stay and we will be returning next year 🌟
