I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for the perfect family vacation.

The hotel offers everything you could possibly need in one place. It features beautiful swimming pools, a private sandy beach, and exceptional service from the moment you arrive.

There are activities for every age throughout the day, and every evening brings a different themed show with live music and outstanding entertainment. Children will love the four exciting water slides, the fantastic kids' club, and the wide range of family-friendly activities.

For teenagers (12+), the gaming room is simply incredible—the most advanced and impressive one I have ever seen. There are also table tennis, tennis courts, and a padel court coming soon.

Adults can enjoy a fully equipped fitness center, a luxurious spa offering a variety of treatments, beach volleyball, and a wide selection of water sports.

Food lovers will be delighted by the endless dining options. The resort offers delicious food almost around the clock, with a large buffet restaurant, several specialty restaurants serving different international cuisines, multiple bars serving refreshing drinks, and even a dedicated ice cream and crêpe bar that is a favorite with both children and adults.

Guests from all over the world choose this resort, creating a wonderful international atmosphere. The location is also ideal—it's just a short drive from the airport and conveniently close to the island's main city, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

This resort truly has something for everyone. Whether you're traveling with young children, teenagers, or as a couple, it provides the perfect combination of relaxation, entertainment, luxury, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday.

The hotel itself is okay, but for some reason it attracts some very unpleasant guests. Swimming is impossible in the private pool, shared among several rooms. The children are loud and insolent, and the parents don't seem to care. We found animal or human excrement in our private pool (!!!). We informed the staff, who apologized, but tested the water and deemed everything okay, even though there were pieces of excrement floating in the water. Beach is actually quite bad and small. Usually in rooms it's clean. However, I don't intend to return.

Below are a quick review and feedback on our 2026 holiday with you.

Reception – Professional handling of complaints and issues. Our wobbly aircon rotor and a locked up safe were fixed in no time by a very caring mechanic – a guy with golden hands, responsive and professional. We really appreciated a complementary gift (sparkling wine and fruit) delivered to the room to soften an aircon issue that was all fixed in no time.

Kudos to landscaping team for the hotel’s flora and foliage. You are doing an excellent job! Our favourite places are the rock flower beds by the Tavern and the Botanic Garden.

Steakhouse – Dishes, salad and deserts were great. Service and meat could be better.

Italian restaurant – the quality of dishes considerably lower compared to 2024. We hope next year there will be an opportunity to improve.

The Tavern and wine bar are outstanding! Thanks to Rado for his hospitality and care – he’s a role model of Mitsis values.

Lobby bar, crêperie and pool bar are struggling to cope in peak periods during the day and evening. Pool bar needs a fan to be installed to cool off the staff.

Christina from the pool bar is to be admitted for discouraging customers’ bad drinking habits. Well done, looking forward to next year!

Theatre bar and a barman Thanasis are very caring, hospitable and attentive to customer habits - γεια μας!

A big thanks to Georgis for running the beach bar and bringing up a future generation of bar staff. Georgis’ sense of humour is of a high-quality stand-up comedy level.

Rinela Café is a drink making machine! Kudos to their core team. New Aqua Stories Park is a great place to spend time with children. Ptitim pasta salad at the Aqua Stories bar is excellent! We highly recommend it as a light lunch option. Kudos to Elini and Jorge caring for the guests at the aqua stories bar.

Pizza station are BBQ corner are rock stars! Quality of food and service is fantastic!

Special thank you to Irini and Maria – Bar Assistant Managers – for their attention to detail, hospitality and covering all left, right and centre during the day and night. Both deserve a promotion.

We’d like to highlight the safety on the beach. Lifeguard Konstantinos watching the swimmers like a hawk made my family feel safe and not afraid to swim in the sea. If everyone did their jobs in the world like Konstantinos does – this would have been a much better place.

Greetings to the hotel cats. They do add additional charm to the hotel.
