Good guest relations department
The hotel has modern bungalow-like buildings with beautiful little gardens in-between and lovely sea views from the gardens. The rooms are pretty basic, they are clean, spacious, we had some issues with the doors (the main door for room entrance was very heavy and hard to open and close, the bathroom door didn't shut completely). The bathroom lacked 5-star amenities like shaving set, vanity set etc. There are places in the hotel where the noise level is high in the room (next to the amphitheater, next to the main pool, next to the reception bar). At first we received our room there, but we changed it and it was better with the noise. As for the food, the main restaurant in very crowded and they serve the food from behind a window, so after staying in line to get some, you either have too much or to little of what you wanted. At dinner time it is very hard to find a table. When we raised this concern with the hotel, they helped us immediately and reserved our dinners at the a la carte restaurants. We really appreciated the hotel's interest in solving guests' request, and for that I give them 5 stars. They have many pools, a very nice water park, food is pretty delicious and the beach is also nice, with fine sand and good for the kids.

Great experience
I really liked the hotel. It’s a big hotel with delicious food. What I liked the most about the hotel was the animation team, they did a great job keeping everyone happy. The karaoke was the most fun.
Beautiful Resort, Amazing People
This was our third stay at Nana Golden Beach, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. It is a truly beautiful resort with stunning sea views, a fantastic atmosphere, and everything you need for a perfect family holiday.
The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, the drinks were excellent, and the water park was a huge highlight, especially for our son.
One of the things that makes this hotel truly special is its people. Everywhere you go, you are greeted with genuine smiles, kindness, and a willingness to help. The warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff is one of the main reasons we keep coming back.
A very special and heartfelt thank you to Konstantina. She is simply exceptional. She made every breakfast at Thalassa a wonderful start to the day, but her kindness went far beyond breakfast. Throughout our entire stay, she always took the time to say hello, check that everything was perfect, and make us feel genuinely cared for. People like Konstantina make all the difference, and she is one of the reasons Nana Golden Beach feels like home to us. She is an absolute gem.
We would also like to thank the entire Thalassa team for their friendliness, professionalism, and positive energy every single morning.
A big thank you as well to Katerina at the reception, who was always incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming.
After three visits, Nana Golden Beach truly feels like our home away from home. We are already looking forward to coming back again.
