Very poor hotel, not 4 star
We arrived on the28th September to a room stinking of Sewage, no cupboards or wardrobes for clothes, we complained and was moved the next day , that room a little better but not suoerior by any manner ,which we paid for ,nothing like photos , so we felt as though extra money for superior room was taken by false pretences. Not a nice setting around pool ,no holiday feel ,overlooking run down ,derelict buildings but close to beach and restaurants, certainly no good views from hotel balcony hotel balcony very small and poor ..Food very bland cold ,repetitive, very poor choice especially evening meal..dining area more like canteen everyone on top of each other., no privacy .Entertainment only on twice in 11 days we were there again very ,very poor . This is definitely not a four star hotel not even 2 star ,stayed in 4 stars ,all over Europe, and they have all been fa far superior to this..The only one good thing we have to say about this hotel was the staff were friendly. the ones we dealt with , but noone ever avaible to give you information on any trips avaibke.Never any running hot water in shower either ,beds rock hard. Ruined our holiday ,hard earnt money down the drain. We ate out at restaurants some of the time ,and drank out at bars gor coffees etc ,which meant we paid out twice but it was our only saviour.Would not recommend this hotel at all to anyone !
A truly first-class hotel!
From the excellent food to the outstanding service, everything made our stay special. The staff were genuinely welcoming, always friendly and attentive, creating a wonderful atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Poor cooked/undercooked food rooms not as described
Booked superior room and view was of a brick wall and odour of drains . Lift was very small and often not working . Food was usually undercooked or like the waffles burnt so had to be scraped off the tray. One of the managers blonde lady was helpful and managed to get our room changed but would say more a two or three star
Ongoing Scam be Prepared to Pay again for your room... Great Location and Clean
Booking with TUI for a a last minute break we arrived at the hotel just before 11 pm we were given the keys to our rooms but told to go back the following day as we were to be reallocated to another room, the room was as described by TUI, & matched the photos as seen on the website ,the following morning we went back to reception and we were given the option to stay in the first room or move to the room that we were to be allocated for the rest of the stay, this room was quite frankly one of the worst I have ever seen on my many trips to Greece and fell way below even a 2 star standard, it was in the oldest part of the hotel, had an external walkway , no balcony, was dark and was obviously a family room judging by the number of beds in it and extremely dated, at this juncture we both said no we'd stay where we were and only at this point were we told that we would have to pay an extra 100 euros each, in cash and not offered a receipt, we saw this happen time and time again during our stay where guests were either told they would have to move rooms like we were or put into one of the worst rooms for the first night then 'offered' an upgrade the following morning. This is quite obviously an on going scam carried out by this hotel and judging by previous reviews that I have since read has been on going for a considerable time so I feel that TUI must know about it and are happy for this practice to continue . So to the actual stay all inclusive is very basic , food is adequate , better if you eat meat but very poor choice for vegetarians , the place is spotlessly clean, the pool area and bar are good , though the water in pool is icy cold and the upstairs bar area and reception are in desperate need of refurbishment , fortunately its so well situated that you're amongst the shops and tavernas within a couple of minutes because you really wont want to eat here for every meal

Great October Trip
Great Trip! Loads of local amenities and tourist opportunities, staff were Great and friendly especially hotel Manager Sofia, Receptionist Fotini, Bar Staff Giannis and Mike.
