Best relaxing holiday in crete!
We had a wonderful time at Diogenis Blue Palace. The food was very good – fresh, tasty, and with a nice variety of options every day. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They made us feel truly at home. The entire property was also very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday in Crete!

It was a really nice place to stay. The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We even got an early breakfast ticket because we checked out early due to our flight. The kitchen staff was also amazing, both chefs (pizza chef and kitchen chef) always making sure everything is amazing and we love what we eat. The pizza chef was really nice and we also changed a few words about the food and our stay. The food was EXTREMELY DELICIOUS and the ladies who were clearing the tables were the sweetest. Also the barman was extremely nice. We would come here again anytime! The manager was really friendly, smiling and having a very positive vibe, asking us every time he saw us if everything was ok and if we need anything. Very nice, we appreciated that very much! ❤️ We also rented a scooter from Croco Rentals and the staff was helpful and friendly providing all the necessary info. Thanks a lot! Our vacation in two was awesome!

Brilliant all round hotel
Iv been to this hotel for many years every year I go back there they are so friendly make you feel so welcomed. Their food is great and catering for most people lots of restaurants outside the hotel.
The staff are always friendly and helpful you can rent car in there and places to go.
They have a pool table basketball game ping pong and more little games.
They have a great head chef llias he is very kind and always looking out for the hotel guests they make you feel like family.
for a small hotel I find it really welcoming and fun with all the entertainment like Stella night, Greek night, and more it’s lovely to stay to stay if you want to stay by hotel or beach and also if you wanna go out to places with bus stops only 10 minutes to get to the main town.

Beni and Ivan are wonderful working long shifts all day every day always with a smile on their faces ❤️
Ilia’s the chef tries his upmost to cater for everyone’s tastes and when asked for a specific meal it was made for us. Yes it gets repetitive but the guys putting on a great show
Snacks could be improved slightly by having a better variety or sandwiches etc
Greek night was amazing food wise 😍
We were in room 121 a fair size family room our only wish was that there was 3 singles in one room and then a double in the other ( we just pushed the singles together for the adults)
Every single request we had at reception was completed like asking for a kettle or a mattress topper and more pillows etc . This is by far the friendliest Hotel we have ever been to .
We were always wished good morning , good evening and goodnight
Beds were very firm and the drinks could be improved but this didn’t change how much we enjoyed the holiday
Hotel is located in a great area of Kate Gouves with a shops next door not to secluded but also not to far away from the main shops
The atmosphere In general is nice and relaxed however Greek night is much louder

Amazing all inclusive in Crete.
My family came to this all inclusive at the end of October and had a lovely time. Weather was perfect, the hotel room was very tidy with the most amazing ocean view and gets room service everyday. The pool was great for the kids. Breakfast, lunch and dinner had a lot to choose from, the desserts were all different and honestly the best we’ve had. The best part was probably the pizza, not only was it delicious but Ilias, who would freshly make them everyday, was the most helpful and friendly person, who cares about the clients. All the staff were honestly lovely, they are all very friendly and go out of their way to help you. If you plan to stay in this area of Crete, this is the best hotel. They even plan boat and other excursions all for you, with a vast variety of choice!
