We are ideally located in the tranquil resort of Kato Gouves, 600m away from a sandy beach and very close in walking distance from shops, restaurants and bars.
CretAquarium, the International Exhibition Center of Crete and the picturesque village of Gouves are accessible within walking distance or a short drive. The Cretan Golf Club and two of the largest water parks are only a short drive away from our properties. Heraklion city, appox. 17 km. Our Hotels are easily accessed from Heraklion Intern. airport (14 km) and Heraklion port (17 km). Additionally taxi, car rental service is offered and the local bus station is only 150 m away from the hotel.

Disappointed and expected better.
So to start with all inclusive is not all inclusive. You don’t get proper cocktails, you only get pre made out of a bottle and you only get one type of beer, you don’t get many snacks, they stop serving you alcohol at 11 but can buy it until 1am. The ice cream is all freeze burned. You can’t go into all the restaurants and have to book for them unless it’s the walk in buffet. We had the sensus experience but there was no difference, you don’t get a different pool or snack bar like suggested. The hotel room had a massive crack in the wall. The indoor pool is not heated. The spa workers are rude, you’re offered a free 15 minute massage but are booked a week in advance and it is a hand massage you sit at a desk for, the location has planes over which isn’t bad until it’s 1am and you want to sleep. There’s a free bus to the beach but we had to wait 40 minutes for this. The only thing I will say is it looks nice on the outside and the hotel workers and cleaners are polite.

While staying at the hotel we requested to have a change of room for my two friends and myself. Georgia the guests relations lady was so helpful and understanding towards our request. She went above and beyond to find us a more suitable room. All the reception staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The best service I have ever experienced while staying at a hotel. Georgia always looked out for us around the hotel to keep us updated on our room change. She was one of the nicest people I have had the great fortune to meet on my travels. From the three Scottish ladies whi will always remember your hospitality.

Mike was the best, I had a neck & back but had a little head problem and still managed to make it better. The best massage I’ve ever had, relaxed, talked calm and the service they provided was exceptional but massage was the best
