We are ideally located in the tranquil resort of Kato Gouves, 600m away from a sandy beach and very close in walking distance from shops, restaurants and bars.
CretAquarium, the International Exhibition Center of Crete and the picturesque village of Gouves are accessible within walking distance or a short drive. The Cretan Golf Club and two of the largest water parks are only a short drive away from our properties. Heraklion city, appox. 17 km. Our Hotels are easily accessed from Heraklion Intern. airport (14 km) and Heraklion port (17 km). Additionally taxi, car rental service is offered and the local bus station is only 150 m away from the hotel.

The Food was so good!
It was all perfect! The room the food and the atmosphere!
The worst all-inclusive holiday
The à la carte restaurant was a disaster: ceiling panels were peeling off, and water was dripping from the ceiling onto the plates; the waiter poured the wine in the back area and served the men first; it was impossible to change tables, and the atmosphere inside was hot and stuffy. It was not possible to watch the World Cup on the TV in the lobby. The in-room TV channels were only in German. There were no toiletries provided in the room. Only one bottle of water was supplied for the entire stay, with no option to get a refill due to hygiene reasons. Late breakfast. The worst stay ever—a waste of time and money.

Best ever holiday in Greece!!
Great hotel treated like royalty on arrival given water and chilled towels. Room was excellent both mountains view and sea view. Beds ready and bedding changed frequently. Lovely staff, so friendly and very helpful all the time. Meals were delicious with lots of choices. Quite a range of dishes, often at least one greek dish. We went all inclusive which was well worth the money. A couple or
more days out, missing lunch, no problem..packed lunches booked the night before were just right. But of a walk to the beach but excellent shuttle bus service from the hotel with interesting drivers! Beaches lovely with sun shades and beds available easily. Lots of beachside cafes to have a drink in or use their toilets. Quite good entertainment in the evenings. The all girl dancing troupe were the best!! Pools were well used and everywhere spotlessly clean. Once again staff were always attentive and collected orders as well as empty glasses. This was our best 14 day holiday ever and it was all down to the hotel! In general we found all Greek people to be friendly and helpful , even in the bigger cities. The only issue is thst despite lots of notices everywhere about not reserving beds with towels, it was never enforced. The first 4 days we never got near the pool! This needs to be sorted.

Awesome stay!
It was a fantastic experience! Friendly a d thoughtfull staff. Clean rooms even provide a suprise birthday cake! Quiet rooms
