The complex offers a fitness centre, beauty centre, spa and tennis courts for adults as well as a paddling pool and entertainment for children. The establishment also features impressive meeting facilities and parking.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. You can soak up the sun at the private beach or enjoy other recreational amenities including a health club and an indoor pool. This Mediterranean hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Highly disappointed with this holiday. The hotel on arrival looked impressive but the atmosphere was non existent. The restaurant looks old and tried and the food and service was extremely poor. The rooms need a little love but the maids did a great job with what they had to work with. The beach area is lovely and the sail bar could be very nice, but staff were not overly friendly. Maybe because its the end of the season who knows. Outside the hotel there is little to do without walking 20 minutes to the local town. Some nice restaurants there though. Overall it was Highly disappointing and we will not return to this part of Crete again.
Loved it her, reasonable proximity to town, very helpfull staff, immaculately clean. Lovely setting and never busy anywhere, lots of sunbeds, great choice of food, sadly just lacking a bit of evening entertainment, maybe a big of live music, maybe a small dance floor
Excellent location, relaxed atmosphere, superb room and good value for money. Another brilliant holiday at e my Elounda Bay Palace Thanks to Dimitri and all of his excellent staff. From Nicholas and Sofia
Having visited twice again this year, we can only confirm how wonderful this place is for us. Every stay feels like coming home, thanks to the incredible hospitality, warm staff and excellent service. A special thank you to the entire team for always taking such great care of us. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
The food and beverage (F&B) offering was the biggest disappointment of our stay. We were given complimentary half board but it quickly became apparent that this was primarily designed to drive guests into the restaurant and generate additional beverage revenue. The evening meal was a low‑quality buffet that was more in keeping with a mass‑market package resort than a five-star hotel. Drinks were priced at a level entirely disproportionate to the quality of the dining experience. Our experience of lunch in the hotel was equally poor: limited choice, indifferent service and poor value for money.
As a result, we chose to eat in Elounda town for the rest of our stay. The contrast was striking. There was a wide range of restaurants offering excellent food, attentive service and significantly better value, no doubt helped by the level of competition within the town.
After we had stopped using the hotel's restaurants, we received a call from Guest Relations asking whether everything was satisfactory with our stay. Whilst presented as a courtesy call, it reinforced our impression that the hotel was more concerned with recapturing on‑property spending than understanding why guests might be choosing to dine elsewhere.
We came away with the distinct impression that the commercial priorities of the resort had overtaken the guest experience. Too often, it felt as though the objective was to maximise ancillary revenue rather than provide the standard of hospitality that guests should reasonably expect from a five‑star property.
The resort itself is attractive and its location is excellent. However, the quality of the food and beverage offering, together with a pricing strategy that appeared focused on revenue generation rather than value, detracted materially from the overall experience.
