I enjoeyed the massage at the Spa...Hotel is clean amd nice, well situated in the middle of Crete.
Awful. Won’t be returning
I really wanted to be typing a good review for this hotel and our holiday, instead I’m about the detail probably one of the most awful holidays I’ve had. We booked all inclusive for our family. Arrived at the hotel about 10pm after a rubbish transfer from the airport on the shuttle bus.. next time I will be private transfers. We got given a cold plate of food and a drink each.. fine we were starving. We checked in properly and were told where to go with our heavy luggage. No assistance and carrying 40kg luggage wasn’t easy up two flights of stairs. Got into our room and welcomed with 4 free water bottles. That was it. No coffee making facilities and not even a Coca Cola for the kids. We slept and embarked on breakfast, first day novelty so we tried what we could. Well needless to say this is probably where it all went wrong. We spent 3 full days confined to our room, all 4 of us had D&V. I went to reception during the night one night to get some bed sheets as my children continued to vomit. We managed after a few days to make our way to the pool. Full of all nationalities other than English. And to be blunt, some very rude people who continuously started at us. We didn’t feel welcome, nor well looked after on this trip. I really wished I hadn’t paid all inclusive as we didn’t see the benefit. We had no pool entertainment. Nothing decent in the evening and if you wanted the waterpark you had to walk through a building site. I cannot wait to get home

We had a lovely stay with my family. We particularly enjoyed the magic show organized by the hotel on Wednesday, as well as the Cretan night-featuring music and dancing-held on Friday. Given the time of year we traveled and the amount we spent, the amenities were excellent. The staff was always eager to assist us, and the water park was fantastic. The hotel is currently expanding; it already feels like something out of a fairy tale, and the management explained that it will double in size, offering every activity one could wish for-from padel to a tennis court with sea sand. We will definitely visit it again next year.

The hotel's greatest asset is undoubtedly its staff, complemented by the excellent quality and wide variety of the food. Special mention must be made of the housekeeper, who made every possible effort to keep the room in impeccable condition, as if it were being prepared for a new arrival each time. Her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail contributed significantly to making our stay such a pleasant experience.
