We have just had two wonderful weeks here. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean ,our bathroom was on the small side . The hotel is tired in places ,the pool needs either renovating or closing . The gym was disappointing,very limited three machines only and one of those not functioning. Spa was non existent. The two ladies on reception were so lovely both Monique and Virginia exceptional,Monica in the breakfast room was also excellent nothing too much effort always with a smile . The morning we were leaving the reception team phoned to confirm our transport to the airport and Monica made us sandwiches, cake fruit for our journey . Thank you team Naiades marina hotel for a lovely holiday .

Perfectly comfortable hotel in a good location 2 mins walk from the beach with great staff!
We spent ten happy nights here and found everything to be perfectly acceptable and comfortable for the reasonable price point. The staff couldn't be more helpful at reception, the housekeeping was very good and the housekeeper was very friendly and nice, breakfast was completely acceptable with a reasonable choice including fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, various different breads for toasting, and as much coffee/water as you could drink. We overlooked the pool and had beautiful sunshine on our balcony and had decent WiFi. The room had a modern TV, a free safe, a reasonably sized fridge, a kettle and a coffee maker. The en-suite was fine with ample towels and a reasonable sized shower enclosure. We have been to Crete several times and this 3 star hotel is certainly one of the better ones we have stayed in. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Agios Nikolaos in the future. Thanks for looking after us during our visit and being so lovely and friendly! :)

Run down hotel
Room was dirty and showers is so small you can not bend to get you soap.
It is run down hotel, gym joke. Breakfast basic eggs was allways cold. Pool area was so dirty we only when ones.
Balcony is so small it is a joke
No wifi on our floor for our stay.
This can not be a 4 star hotel it was terrible

The bathroom will not accommodate tall or large guest.
The man at the reception desk was less than friendly when we arrived. The next morning the only thing he said to us was “ card”, meaning our key card for the room. The bathroom was incredibly small. I am 5’6” and had to sit almost sideways on the toilet because the shower stall was so close. The vanity with sink was right at my elbow. There was no glass on the front of the shower stall and the entire bathroom got very wet. If you are a large person using the bathroom could be very difficult if not impossible. The name of the hotel includes the word “harbor”. It is near the harbor, not harbor side. The only view from our room was the back of the surrounding buildings. On the plus side: comfortable bed and adequate breakfast selection. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
Good location and close to the beach
Welcoming greeting. Had a 2 night stay in the Deluxe Double Room with seaview and minipool. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Large balcony area which had sun loungers, table and chairs plus the minipool. Views are great. Overlooking sports running track and the sea. Wish there was instructions how to use the minipool. The water was a bit too cool. Our fault we could have asked. Great location. We found a sandy beach close by too. Visit Jollies bar a few doors along. Nice little find for a beer and cocktails.
