Mistral bay is awesome,,♥️
Perfect hotel to enjoy the holidays !!!! We stayed in a triple room with sea view. Room was clean most of the time and the view to the sea was awesome. Hotel is newly renovated and clean and relaxing design. At walking distance to the beach ⛱️ and centre of the city 🌆 . Rooftop bar is very beautiful and has a amazing view of sea and town. The food is delicious and has enough verity. Hotel has a small gym and main swimming and jakiuzis on the rooftop bar and internet everywhere in the hotel all these are free of charge.
Special thanks to the manager of the hotel Mr Tanzil who is very welcoming, kind, and helping person!!!!

Our sincere thanks to the entire hotel team for their wonderful hospitality and for making our stay truly memorable. While we did encounter a few unexpected difficulties during our visit, what impressed us most was the exceptional way in which the situation was handled. One of the managers Tanzil demonstrated remarkable professionalism, genuine care, and a true understanding of what outstanding hospitality really means. With great attention and personal commitment, he ensured that everything was resolved in the best possible way and completely transformed our experience. True luxury is not simply about beautiful surroundings or flawless moments — it is about the way guests are treated, especially when something does not go entirely as planned. In this respect, the hotel showed its true class. We left with a very positive impression and sincere appreciation for the care we received. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, professionalism, and a team that genuinely values its guests. Thank you once again for making us feel so well looked after. We would be delighted to return.
An excellent choice for a holiday.
We were pleasantly surprised right from the first day of our stay—the hotel receptionist made communication easier by using a virtual translator (providing information in Lithuanian). We were given a better room with a panoramic sea view. And the dinner—there was an abundance of food, and it was delicious!

Perfect hotel for a holiday in Crete.
The hotel’s location is ideal—right by the sea and just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the stunning Lake Voulismeni. The atmosphere is pleasantly quiet, offering the perfect setting for a truly restful break. The warm and hospitable service creates a wonderful backdrop for a holiday. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the receptionist, Tanzil; his polite and tactful manner made us feel welcome from the very first moment. He was incredibly helpful and attentive.

A wonderful hotel with sea views and excellent staff
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent: just a short walk from the sea, with several beaches nearby.
Our room was comfortable, with a beautiful sea view and all the amenities we could need. The hotel has eight floors and two lifts, making it easy to get around.
We especially loved the lounge area on the 8 floor, with sun loungers, 2 hot tubs, a bar and stunning panoramic views of the coastline. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your holiday!
The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Tanzil, for his kindness, courtesy and willingness to help with every question we had throughout our stay.
