The Best Hotel , The man at the reception is a very good man, very kind and always available.
Pretty Hotel to close the city
Had a really nice stay at Mistral Bay. The sea view from the 8th floor was definitely one of the highlights, especially in the evening. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely designed, and we also really liked the lobby — stylish and a great place to relax.
A special mention to Tanzel, the manager. Very friendly, attentive and always happy to help. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests.
The location close to the sea is another big plus — the beach, waterfront, cafés and town centre are all nearby.
Overall, a really positive experience. Would happily come back! 🇬🇷❤️

high-quality stay in Agios Nikolaos
We had a wonderful 12-day stay at Mistral Bay Hotel in Crete, and we can't recommend it enough. Our sea-view room was stunning, and waking up to that view every morning was something special. From our balcony, we could see the port along with a beautiful view of the sea and the neighboring islands. Despite our long stay, the room was cleaned daily and always felt fresh, and the bed was so comfortable we never wanted to get up! The hotel has recently been renovated, and it shows — every corner was spotless and beautifully designed. Honestly, the hotel exceeded what the photos in the offer showed — everything looked even better in real life. Breakfast and dinner were served buffet-style with a great variety of options, the food quality was consistently good, and everything we tried was delicious. The rooftop was a real highlight, with breathtaking views perfect for evening drinks. It was complete with a bar, comfy sofas to relax on, and mini pools, and they even hosted rooftop parties once a week. Tanzeel greeted us on arrival and explained everything about the hotel clearly, making us feel right at home from the start. As soon as he found out we were traveling together with family, he arranged for our rooms to be next to each other. The rest of the staff were just as great and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay in Crete.

Amazing Hotel
The hotel was even better than I expected! It has been newly renovated, and the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. Everything has been decorated with great taste and attention to detail. The hotel is located very close to the sea, and the beach is easily accessible. Shops, restaurants, and the city center are all within walking distance, which made our stay even more convenient. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. I would especially like to express my sincere thanks to Danzil, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed here for one week, and everything was absolutely perfect. Our package included breakfast and dinner, and we were very impressed with the quantity, variety, and taste of the food. Everything was delicious! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and well-located place to stay. We would be very happy to come back again!
Mistral Bay - family trip stay
Honest review of our stay for 8 days. The hotel has a great location, beautiful views and very friendly staff. Special thanks to Tanzeel, who was helpful and kind throughout our stay. However, there are several areas that need improvement. During the last three days, the food was extremely salty, and the morning coffee was honestly very disappointing, to be honest disgusting. It would also be a nice touch to provide at least one bottle of water per person per day, at least small one. The rooms are fine, but housekeeping could be better — there was visible dust on the furniture and under the bed. The AC also needs proper cleaning and maintenance, as it had an unpleasant smell and could be uncomfortable for guests with allergies or asthma. Would we come back? Probably not. For a one-time stay, it’s fine, especially considering the location and friendly staff. The hotel has great potential, but it needs more investment and attention to detail to reach a higher standard.
