Great weeks break
2nd visit and so good. Lovely setting and view, the staff are 5 star and the restaurant excellent. Lovely touch that one of our parties birthday was recognised by the restaurant greet staff. Keep up this exceptional service and as Arnie said “I’ll be back “

Fantastic holiday
We had 10 days at this lovely hotel. Had a fantastic time at this relaxing resort.Food was lovely, pool bar food was brilliant too. Loved that you couldn't reserve sun beds, so there was no rush in the morning. Always found a sunbed and was very stress free.Room was lovely, we had room 301. There was no kettle in the room, but just ask reception and they will put one in for you. The beds were so comfortable, easily the best I have ever had in a hotel. Whole place was so clean, and all the staff are amazing! The only gripe I have with the resort is, you can get beer,wine, soft drinks, but anything else you have to pay for. Would have been alot better if they included local spirits too. The road to the beach is an absolute killer, so be warned!. Apart from that we both had a fantastic 10 days holiday. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice chilled out holiday.

Excellent Family Holiday with a Beautiful Sea View
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
Our family room with a sea view was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family of four. The large terrace offered a stunning view of the sea, making it the perfect place to relax.
The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from every day. The hotel staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.
Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would love to come back!

The hotel facilities needs a little bit of upgrade but other than that, I can say our experience was 10/10. The service was top. We booked an all-inclusive and all our expectations are met. The people working there are all so friendly and helpful. We arrived late in the middle of night and they receive us with a welcome snacks. They allowed us to order some drinks in the bar even if they are about to close already. The food was amazing and the people working in the restaurant. The manager walks always around to see and look how’s it going. They always change also the menu. The salad bar is amazing! The drinks complete!! The only downside is the beer from the all-inclusive is watered down. What I cannot forget is when we went sunset quad safari and we came back to the hotel late, almost 2 minutes before the closing of the restaurant. They still let us in. The manager asked us what else can they serve us, if they need to cooks something else. They are super nice! Last night, we ordered on the cocktail list (not part of the all-inclusive) a bottle of wine. We are treated like VIP. Wine served to us. I asked for a popcorn or chips but they served us a platter of fruits. The service is really top. Last day upon checking out. (Checkout is at 11) the reception asked when is our transfer. I said at 1pm. She said” oh you still have enough time to enjoy your lunch” we are given a coupon for our lunch. Departing guest can store their luggages in the luggage room and can still use the facilities. Which is super convenient for us. One time I left our room a mess, when I come back the dress that I left was nicely laid on the bed (housekeeping was so sweet and nice) . Service really was top! Top! Top! I will come back again😊😊😊
