Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The staff are wonderful—without exception—and always ready to help whenever needed. I would especially like to mention Muhammed "Dubai"; he is simply delightful, and it was clear that all the guests knew him and were just as fond of him as we were. Just like during my previous visit, the beds weren't great, and everyone ended up with sore backs and shoulders by the end of the stay. The food was decent, though it could have been more varied. However, it is likely difficult to please everyone, so I fully understand that aspect. A fantastic stay; I will definitely be back! Thank you ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay with Stunning Views! Our stay at the Galini Sea View Hotel was absolutely perfect! The panoramic views of the Cretan Sea are breathtaking, and the sandy beach is just a short walk away. Our room was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. We loved the fantastic all-inclusive dining options, and the large pool area was the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail. Above all, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, delivering true Greek hospitality from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality getaway in Crete!

We were appointed this hotel due to a delay in our flight home. This hotel is BY FAR the most DISGUSTING, FILTHY, NASTY, APPALLING hotel I have ever set foot in.

I appreciate that the hotel had to think fast when accepting 200 guests outside of those already staying. But that does not excuse the level of filth that met us after a long day of waiting.

The bathroom was remodelled but not finished. The toilet was not cleaned. Inside or outside. The shower equipment was not cleaned. There were muddy footsteps inside the shower. Dental floss on the bathroom counter. The door knob was covered in what appeared to be feces. The tiles that actually were put up were swiped with a dirty cloth. A dirty rug was thrown onto the shower floor.

The room was disgusting. Stained sheets. Dust on every surface. Filthy glasses. Stained refrigerator and refrigerator cabinet. We were given one sheet for two people and had to ask for an extra repeatedly before we got a new one. We complained to our tour manager that put us there. After a few hours the tour manager were told by the hotel that the cleaning had been redone and asked us to check. When asking in reception for a sheet to bring with us back to the room the receptionist did not make eye contact and first did not reply. Then she asked a cleaner for sheet to our room and their response was that we didn't need one as the bedding had been changed entirely. OK. When returning to the room NOTHING had changed. The stains on the sheets were in the exact same position as before. We did have an extra sheet on the bed but this had the same level of stains as the ones we already had. We had about an hour of sleep through the night and slept fully clothed to avoid the filth. The ONLY clean thing in the room were the sealed complimentary flipflops. When we woke up in the morning the room was covered in ants. We did not bring any food to the room.

We were shown two neighbouring rooms that were exactly as disgusting as ours or worse.

The sunbeds by the pool were covered in mold. The footpath connecting two hotel complexes over the main road and to the beach was covered in cat feces. The staff solution was to brush the feces to a connected balcony used by hotel guests.

When we left the reception was not staffed.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel! Spend your money elsewhere.
