An outstanding holiday, with excellent and personal service from start to finish!
We visited this hotel for a third time last week. We were apprehensive about going back this year, as the first two visits were so amazing and we were worried that another visit wouldn’t live up to past experiences. How wrong we were! Our visit to Grecotel Caramel was absolutely fantastic in every way! From the minute we went through the door, the service was truly impeccable! Every team member knowing our needs, even new employees, really meant a personal service and we felt that right away! As we expected, the food at the restaurants was so good, with the à la carte definitely at Michelin level, with wine choices full and varied. The beach is one of the best, small with attentive service. Mostly though, I have to call out every staff member for their attentive, personal service, their efficiency, and for all the wonderful personalities…we had a lot of fun along the way. Maria and Mr Oggi lead by example and were wonderful, and their whole team, from front of house, bars, restaurants, and housekeeping were first class. If you are looking for the most relaxing, enjoyable and highly personal holiday, look no further than this hotel. We’ve probably visited many hundred hotels around the world and this is top of our list and we look forward to visiting again.
AMAZING STAFF!!
The dining experience exceeded our expectations. Every meal was fresh , beautiful presented , and full f local flavours. Breakfast had an excellent variety , and dinner was always something to look forward to. Complements to the chefs restaurant staff for making every meal memorable .

Amazing - just book it!
If you're looking for a peaceful beachfront escape, this is the place. The beach is beautiful, the sunbeds are comfortable, and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing. We spent hours enjoying the sea and couldn't have asked for a better holiday.

The best family vacation
This resort is really newfound paradise for our family. It looks like a new resort , everything is clean , garden is beautifull and well maintened.
We were 5 adults and 3 children and we all enjoyed our vacation beyond our expectations. We stayed in 3 bedroom villa with private pool and private access to the beach. It was excellent for children during some windy days and big waves in the sea. We all prefer swimming in the sea, but some days it wasnt possible. Hotel has also a big , very nice swimming pool , which looks like lagoon with salt water - with a plenty of free comfortable sunbeds all day long. You don’t need to occupy your sunbed ahead. They are free during the whole day- and the same is on the beach. Allways a plenty of clean beach towels. Beach is very good, sandy, but the entrance to the sea is not very comfortable - with big flat stones . Water shoes are a must. Despite that, swimming is possible and comfortable also for children. Our 5 and 6 years old grand-daughters enjoyed the sea very much. The water in the sea is clear, turquoise, without floating plants.
The restaurant is truly fantastic !!! We had a breakfast and a dinner every day. The food was buffet style - but in small quantities and constantly replenished fresh. Wery nice place with outside - terrase or inside seating. The restaurant staff deserves praise for their willingness and help in catering for a group with children. Everyone was always smiling and helpful. We always had a table ready for our group.
The beach bar is not large, you can also order food and drinks on your sunbed.
The hotel has a daily mini club, but our children did not use it.
Everywhere we were in the hotel, we felt a sense of privacy. There were not many people anywhere, we always found free space everywhere, even for a larger group.

What an amazing stay we had! This was our second visit, and it was just as stunning as we remembered.
From the moment we arrived, we received such a lovely welcome. The room was super clean and elegant, and every member of staff was genuinely warm and friendly. Whether at reception, in the restaurants, or at the bar, the service was exceptional throughout our stay.
Our children loved every minute, and the team were absolutely fantastic with them, especially everyone at Grecoland.
The food was incredible, with an amazing variety of high quality dishes to suit every taste. The gym was also excellent and had everything we needed. Starting the morning with a workout followed by an early stroll along the beach was pure perfection.
A huge thank you to every member of staff for making our holiday so memorable, relaxing, and truly perfect.
Thank you again, we’ll definitely be back! ❤️
