Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Hotel it’s self was lovely staff are brilliant and pool is beautiful and the surroundings. Now for the down side, the rooms need a lot of tlc and the food is cold unless you time it right when they bring it out from the kitchen. At to wait 2 days for for a kettle. 😩 wouldn’t come here again unless rooms were updated.
Great week away staff were all so nice from reception to the bar staff but animation team were such hard workers tried their best to get people involved and great to chat to aqua gym with martin in morning was very popular and special shout out to Teddy and Alex running games each day! Great job! The food was nice plenty of choice and clean air conditioned restaurant obviously at peak times busy but nothing silly, mainly people dithering in the queue! Pool was great size plenty sunbed and 5 minute walk to “the strip” mainly tribute shows and slightly older audience that suited us! I like others was concerned after some reviews but for a cheap week in the sun was great! Rooms slightly dated but it’s just a bed! And they are being refurbished this year!
arrived and booked in then realised there's a bloody big hill to get to our apartment the last one on the top.just as well they had buggy to get you up and down.got in to the room 3 star my arse lucky to get 1 very dated rooms, shower curtain no doors on cupboards smelt of damp need decorating, no tea of coffee considering we were all inclusive .pool was nice and the entertain crew did their best and staff were friendly,.drinks and snacks very limited .breakfast passible, had dinner once tea twice spent most of our time in town and the beach due to the food being not good added another 1000 e to the holiday, has anyone tried curried mussels. over all very disappointed considering it was all inclusive won't be doing it again.
I developed Achilles Tendonitis a few weeks before we travelled and could not walk at all, i rested up until the holiday and figured id jut take it easy and it would be fine. When we arrived the transfer bus kicked us out of the bus 1/4 miles from the hotel so we had to drag 50kg of luggage up to the hotel, not a good start, we informed the hotel of my injury and asked for a poolside room, we were given block 8 , the next to last furthest from the hotel, anyone who has been to Panorama Sidari will know the hill to the rooms is steep! There is a golf cart outside the hotel that ferries guests up and down the hill BUT as the English are one of the few nationalities that have manners and believe in Qeueuing we rarely got a seat because the younger, able bodied, kids and the lazy made sure it was hard work, as a result we ended up walking that hill up and down around 15 times during our stay and now after returning home i need to rest up AGAIN! This was our fourth visit to Panorama Sidari and unfortunately the last, every year the place has gotten worse, standards are slipping and its no longer somehwere we want to visit.
Location was Fantastic, Atmosphere Relaxed, Rooms Dated BUT adequate and the View made up for the Room! The Value was also excellent. But one thing which was Absolutely Brilliant was the Food!!! Buffet was plentiful, tasty, well seasoned not bland, and Plenty of Choice!!! Air conditioning could be in a few more areas in the restaurant. Restaurant staff helpful. Animation Team especially Alex did a great job too. Hotel Bar Manager friendly and also the snacks girl. Reception girls very nice, uniform could be a little more colorful if I was to be picky. Golf Buggies to your room, drivers were very friendly especially Leo. Beach was a nice 8 mins stroll downhill. Where you will find sunbeds with very thick mattresses which are free of charge if you purchase a drink from their bar, and the sea was especially warm and clear. The hallways to the rooms are off putting until you see the view in the morning!!! The Hotel is closing in September for a revamp of the rooms. There is a medical centre as you walk to the beach, also a place where you can rent disability scooters. We went with Jet2.
