Got Moved to different hotel no advance notice.
Arrived to check into this hotel which we had booked .But got told on check in that due to a plumbing issue we were going to be moved to their sister hotel the Serena holiday resort , was given no advance warning or no other option. Told be the same 4 star experience but could not be further from the truth other hotel with its cold food and really poor bar experience and poor Management. taxi here in 5 minutes and that was it . Just think this is a very poor way to treat guests .

Lovely place
A Wonderful Family Holiday at Amour Holiday Resort We had a fantastic stay at Amour Holiday Resort! Travelling as a mother with my two children, I truly appreciated the excellent service, the warm hospitality, and the delicious variety of food. Everything contributed to making our holiday comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The quality of the food and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire Amour team for making our family holiday so special. A Wonderful Family Holiday at Amour Holiday Resort
We had a lovely stay at Amour Holiday Resort with my child! The food was delicious, the hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect, close to the beach. What made our holiday truly special was the kindness, care, and attention of the staff, who made us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. We enjoyed every moment and would happily recommend Amour Holiday Resort to other families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We would love to return! ❤️
Poor food
Hotel food was abysmal luke warm same stuff every day was pretty much the same in the evening breakfast wasn't much better dried scrambled eggs snotty fried eggs bacon was bacon grill cut so thin you could read through it tinned mushrooms i was ask had i enjoyed as I was leaving told them about food they said temperature was kept at 74 wouldn't even have been 50 this was supposed to be a 4 star hotel would be hard to make it a 3 was supposed to be with friends they got moved to the sister hotel because of a emergency which they didn't say what

The worst
I have been travelling for over 50years and this is the worst hotel I have ever been in. Food was awful sweetcorn through watery mash and through bolognse sauce . Food was cold . Smell in bathroom was terrible when reported they just spayed it with airfreshner. Supposed to be 4* how they say 4* I will never know more a 2* at most. Made my first visit to sidari awful.
