Sadly Disappointing
This hotel is severely dated. Decor is 1970s, the whole place has seen better days. The rooms are shabby and small, smell damp, having a flat screen tv on the wall does not make a renovation. The food was mainly adequate, but a little repetitive and bland. We had all inclusive but ended up at Tango and Neireids in town where the food was fresh and delicious. The young team on the reception need some customer care training, but were generally efficient and certainly not unfriendly.
The noise ! Road, cat, dog, 630 am delivery lorry, thin walls, noisy cleaners
Don’t drink the house wines !

Hotel experience
It was an amazing experience in Corfu… such a beautiful place…the hotel was perfect for our time…especially Eleni the FnB manager did everything so our experience to be amazing… such a kind girl and very polite and smiling…definitely coming back sometime.

Very nice and warm hotel. 2 pools aveliable. Staff are very welcome especially Eleni and Dimitris from reception. See you soon again
Utterly awful experience
Hotel paleokastritsa, smell of sewage at bottom pool, cleaning the dining area with a dirty smelly mop, no spa, just massage rooms, no jacuzzi, sauna, no quad hire because road too wet no boat hire due to wavy waves honestly you couldn't make it up!! 1 bottle of complimentary water on arrival, no more!! 50 euros at shop or 1 euro at the bar ( small bottle) Actually I recommend you buy it otherwise risk a dose of disentary!! The food got worse throughout the week 😫 the food that did look edible was lukewarm, the soup had lumps of cornflour in it. We ate out on the final evening & the next day lunch resembled cat food, so we left. I have never ever been to an all inclusive hotel & been hungry!! Neither have I been charged €5 per person for evening entertainment! No games in the games room, no room in the lift for more than one person at a time. No yoga, pilates, basketball, darts or waterpolo, infact no entertainment team.The outdoor gym consisted of a lift frame & table tennis table! The beer had more water to beer ratio so we had the option to 'upgrade' to half price cocktails 🍸 at €7.I would recommend jet 2 steer well clear of this scraping a 2star venue , I was so embarrassed for the staff that they have to be professional when giving 1/2 the service, i wish i had paid for a week with my dog in the kennel & im sure i would have had a much better time. The cinema night was cancelled as they didn't turn up ( don't blame them! I wish I hadn't!!) Al a carte dinner was cancelled due to the weather, no worries monday it was then, i only wanted to try the lobster as the menu was on show all week, they didn't have lobster because it was the final night for them. The place may have been a palace in 1970 but unfortunately it hasn't been revamped since by the look of it. Checking under the bed when packing, found a layer of dust & a used tissue! Manky! The lift was tiny & we had to send our suitcases up on their own individually because we couldn't fit in. I asked to speak with the manager, unfortunately i was advised he wasn't there ( he'd probably gone home for the season with every other staff member)
