Outstanding location. Fantastic pool and grounds. Wonderful friendly and attentive staff.
This was our third visit to Eva Palace, and for 3 weeks this time. We are already booked for June 27! We absolutely love the Hotel and its staff. The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness and comfort is superb. We were on the "All Inclusive" package, and whilst this may sound expensive, we found it to be good value for money. The Italian Restaurant, 'La Contessa' and the 'Stick & Sushi' Restaurant were both excellent. A Big shout out to Christiana and the Italian Restaurant Manager who were lovely, as well as all of the servers (smiley girl and her sister). The Best Tiramisu ever!. The Buffet in the main Restaurent could have had warmer food, but was it generally good. The Greek nights for three weeks in the Buffet were a little disappointing (no gyros!!!), but only a minor niggle. The Terrace Bar was a great place to view the scenery and also the evening sunsets. The friendly service and huge welcome by Maria and Silvia make the Terrace Bar a really pleasant place to be in the evenings. The entertainment was great and not intrusive, the lovely young lady who played the 'Electronic Cello' had the most wonderful voice and repertoire, as did all the other evening entertainers. The pool staff were very efficient and friendly! They attended to all our needs, especially Maria, Angela and Marianna. We never had to ask for our morning Latte, it was delivered automatically - fantastic service by all. The Buffet Team were very attentive, both in the morning and the evening, especially Eleni, Sofia and the buffet manager Kostas? who endeared himself to my wife by complimenting her evening attire every night. All in all a very special place and a wonderful 3 weeks in the company of Corfiot friends.
Great stay at the Eva Palace Corfu
We had a family holiday at the Grecotel Eva Palace, Corfu and from the moment we arrived we were made to feel special with a warm welcome from guest services and welcome drink. The location is superb (although on a number of levels so challenging for people not so mobile) . The staff are great and the service superb. The meals in the buffet are ( given the variety) to an extremely high standard compared to say cruise ships or other hotels we have stayed at. There are options to try the amenities and restaurants on the other local grecotel sites and a complimentary mini bus into Corfu Town. So a big thank you to the Eva Palace and all their staff for making our stay so special.
Wonderful hotel and staff
We had a wonderful holiday, the hotel is excellent. The panorama views from the main bar and our room on the 5th floor, were breath taking. We ate each night in the main buffet restaurant, the selection of food both at breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff in this restaurant do the most wonderful job, very attentive, polite and personal. They made the dining experience a wonderful one. Both the lady Manager and Katheryn went the extra mile to ensure everything was 'just right'.
Throughout the hotel all the staff were very friendly and helpful, from our room cleaner, the bar staff and reception.
The pool area was immaculate. We had a few problems with lack of sun beds which did cause issues. With nice shady grass areas, the hotel could consider placing more beds there to resolve this.
On checkout, our bill had an unexpected E300 added. Someone had charged a meal to our room. This took a while to resolve. The hotel should ask customers to add their name to the bill not just the room number and signature. This could then be checked quickly to avoid these issues.
Overall 'excellent'. We would definitely revisit this hotel.

This is our third visit to eva palace,so obviously we love it, gorgeous position and views, lovely amenities and most of all the friendly staff. All the staff are wonderful and always happy and helpful, nothing is too much to ask they will go out of their way for customers. A special thank you to Sylvie and Maria at the lobby bar every evening, fantastic fun and service, and familiar greeting each time here. Also Nicoletta in the main restaurant, so warm like family, and for his service to please the guests, the service manager Themis, who goes above and beyond to please all the guests, thank you all. A great relaxing week.
