Family Friendly Corfu Resort.
This resort transitioned from a relaxing complex last year to one which is a young family and child friendly one. If you are looking for a relatively relaxing couple friendly resort on corfu, I would suggest looking elsewhere. If you have a young family and looking for a resort with pools and close to the sea then it is worth considering.
Couples do not stay here!
Well having stayed here before the difference was quite staggering. I don't know where to start. The welcome has gone from a processco and hot towel to some sort of red drink no hot towel. Rooms are good except the lift in preferred club was out of order nearly all week apart from last day. Food was not as varied as last time. Most time you have to ask for your tea and coffee to be refilled and your wine on an evening. Mugs now used instead of cups and saucers meaning teabags have to be left on the table was not the case last time. Sat down one evening in an empty area for our meal and were requested to move by a waitress as it was set for breakfast! Quite shocked tbh. Cocktails vary depending on who serves you. Strawberry daiquiri unavailable in rendevous bar after the first two days.Again one of the most popular drinks and nothing was done about. Mini bar has gone from restocked daily to never and tea coffee milk not restocked in rooms. The only way to get mini bar restocked is to ask at reception. The hotel now appears to be a school playground children running everywhere. People checking in allowing the children to run everywhere. There is no escape from this breakfast dinner evening meal and even late at night. It would be helpful if the hotel advertises as families only. Definitely not a relaxing holiday for couples. I must say it not the staffs fault they must also think what the hell has happened? Special thanks to the staff at the barefoot grill and seaside grill. It was a place not as chaotic as the main buffet and a place to escape. Food was excellent here. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location it's a shame what has happened to it but as they say nothing stays the same forever . I felt relieved to be going home but sad knowing I will never return to a once great hotel 😐

Fantastic complex.
Beautiful location and setting and well maintained.
We had a swim up room which was ideal for our needs.
The complex was very clean and the room was serviced every day with fresh towels and drinks.
There were water refill stations all over the resort and snacks. The buffet was amazing and so much choice to accommodate everyone’s needs.
The snack bars were busy and there were often queues due to not enough staff working there.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The pools and the beach area were clean and inviting and there were always enough towels for everyone. On the beach and around the pools staff would come and offer you drinks. The pools were manned by lifeguards at busy times and signs were there to tell you if there was not a lifeguard around.
The complex is on many different levels and quite steep so I would not recommend it for anyone with physical issues.
Overall a beautiful and relaxing complex.

Only go if in Preferred club section
A nice Hotel in a convenient location for both Corfu airport anf Corfu town. However the Hotel is lacking in a bit of care and maintenance particularly in the grounds and public areas, this may be due to the timing with Hotel closing for the season at the end of October with staff already leaving. The staff are great as ever in Greece warm, friendly and helpful with the food being of good quality and well presented, We ate mainly in the themed restaurants with the Greek Yia Yia being the best in terms of food and service. The main restaurant is a bit canteenish, however the food is of good quality cooked and presented well. The room we stayed in was in the Preferred club building and was excellent with a great sea view and good housekeeping, also having access to the preferred club lounge where we went most nights for a drink with it being well stocked and staffed. We would not have enjoyed the holiday if we were not in the preferred club section, the main bar being chaotic at times and some of areas where rooms were not looking particularly appealing with over grown unkempt garden areas unlike those in Mitsis / Riu hotels.

Great food, views and vibes, for parents + teens
We returned yesterday from a week at this great hotel. We are a family of four, with 12- and 14-year-old sons.
The setting is so beautiful here. I spent a good proportion of my time just looking out at the bay from the far end of the infinity pool loungers! Our room didn't have a sea view but this didn't bother us, as it was a couple of minutes' walk to the water. I found the grounds lush and green, which is definitely something Corfu can boast over the other main Greek islands.
We love our food, and there were loads of fresh, tasty options at the buffet, with variety and good quality. I'm not a meat eater, and the fish and veg dishes were delicious. My family enjoyed allll the meat! We ate at two of the a la carte restaurants and - my favourite - the Seaside Grill at lunchtimes. I even went on my own once because I liked it so much! The drinks were plentiful, with lots of choice and bars around the site.
We took part in lots of the sports and fitness programme, and our boys used the pool and ping pong tables at the teen club area. The entertainment crew were absolutely great. Really fun, knowledgable and professional. The inflatable aqua run in the bay was also great fun.
Our room was cleaned at least once a day, I'm sure! There are plentiful toiletries (no need to take shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or moisturiser), towels and water refill stations. All the cleaning, restaurant and reception staff we came across were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. We did have a glitch at check-in but this was remedied easily.
I hear we were lucky to have avoided rain at this time of year. Things were closing for the season but still great. Lots of families but no difficulties for us. The general vibe was respectful with no hassle. It's also very close to the airport and to the main bus route into Corfu Town. There's a town with shops just outside the gates, and a marina to wander round, a twenty minute walk away.
We'd go back in a heartbeat!
