Not 5* worthy
Went to Cook’s Club hotel in Corfu in July 2026, was disappointed the second we stepped through the door, greeted with rudeness by staff at reception. Decided to look past this, however every interaction we had with reception was disappointing, one lady rolled her eyes and walked off when my husband asked where the taxi would pick us up from. During the trip my husband had to go to hospital, during his emergency staff were unhelpful when trying to get directions and contacting the hospital. When we came back none of the staff asked if my husband was okay- not the 5* service I expected when paying over a 1k each for 4 nights. To top of the bad service the food was average and bland. However the staff in the cantina were nice so could not fault them. A very asthetic looking hotel, however service from rude reception let down the whole of the stay and would not recommend to anyone that wants the 5* experience.
Amazing
First solo trip and it has exceeded all expectations. Please book a massage with the spa via Marileta, absolutely amazing! Food is ok but everything is makes up for it, socially the massage.

Had a full body massage at the spa during my stay, was very relaxing and a great way to end the holiday. Our therapists Christiana and Marileta were amazing
