Restful luxury
This was our third stay at Angsana and everything was as excellent as ever. The service is impeccable, rooms and facilities are fantastic - clean, modern, spacious. Food is superb, particularly the buffet breakfast. We love the beach too - its tranquil and lovely for swimming

The most relaxing stay
Stunning stay. The hotel is located hillside which means the views are stunning from the pool but also has a private beach to relax by the sea.
We booked a junior suite and the views were stunning. The rooms on the front of the hotel have uninterrupted sea views and you can catch the sunrise each morning.
Service was attentive and food was very good. The breakfast was excellent and the sweet treats were very fresh. The barista station at breakfast was quick too. Everything we asked for was arranged straight away and the staff are very friendly.
10/10, the most relaxing stay.
Stunning hotel, not 5* in need of improvements
The hotel it self was beautiful, great location with stunning views and amazing infinity pool and nice beach. A big shout out to George the assistant manager who was attentive and professional. The food in Sofrito restaurant was delicious.. unfortunately the food at Oribu had no real flavour it was really disappointing.
Onboarding was rushed, they took the incorrect amount of tax at the beginning of our stay and then asked for the balance on our last day. Guest services told as they could possibly offer a complimentary upgrade, we asked reception and they said they were fully booked, that was untrue as staff told us the hotel was empty. Other holiday makers told suites available for 800EUR. (Clearly our face didn’t fit) Our room wasn’t regularly cleaned properly and on one day they turned up at 4pm. For breakfast it was limited for hot options, scrambled eggs cold (4 varieties) and a omelette station, processed sausages. All hot options were cold this needs serious improvement. There’s only so much bread, cheese and cake you can eat The internet on the TV lagged and you needed an adapter to watch Netflix. ( Had to sign a document to say you will pay 50 Euro if no returned) There was no mini bar in the room No much variety for food and drink for room service and the prices were different when the bill came to what was advertised. The biggest disappointment which was not advertised clearly is there is no mixed sauna and steam room. Angsana is beautiful but as a five star hotel lacks consistent service and quality. It is on top of a cliff and there are no local shops and at times you can feel a bit trapped.
