A well taken care facility with the personal touch of the family which is running the place for more than 30 years. Excellent mattresses and beds and also water pressure in the room and pool showers, something quite rare in hotel business. Beautiful garden surroundings, lots of green, flowers and herbs. Cozy breakfast terrace and satisfactory selection at morning buffet. Big swimming pool, quiet neighborhood in the night, walking distance services. Lots of rooms with balcony are sea view, something which is not promoted because the sea is not walking distance. It should be advertised. The vibe of personal touch with love by the family, is something you feel in the air. Thank you MARIA & NTINA and Giagia kapetanissa. We will be back.
Do not miss the chance to travel around and explore the area. St. Raphael in Pachyammos village, swimming in front of the church (not organized beach), Coco bloco beach bar at Pomos, great point to swim (organized beach), Sunset at Argaka village over a cocktail at “Fly again” beach bar / restaurant (very nice menu), excellent restaurants at Kathikas village, Aphrodite baths beach down the hill if you fancy rocky waters, St. Georgios view point at Peyia, and a lot of other options. A beautiful escape at this part of Cyprus.
We loved our stay at Stephanos last week! We had a pool view apartment which was lovely - newly renovated bathroom, very clean and comfortable. We loved that Stephanos is family run offering delicious home cooked breakfasts and a lovely pool area. Location - Walking distance to the lovely town of Polis where there are great choices of restaurants and bars. Short drive to the beach and into Latchi.
My mum and I go back every year. This lovely hotel apartment is run by an amazing local family. They always make us feel welcome. The apartments are clean and it’s also local to everything, shops restaurants and beaches. I’d recommend Stephanos to all. Families couples or solo travelers.
We have just returned from a 11 night stay at the Stephanos and it had everything that we required for a comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious and clean, the location was excellent and within easy access to the main square where the bars and restaurants are. Close by is the main bus station with a large number of bus routes available. We did not use the pool but when we returned from a day out, the area seemed to be busy. The only very small gripe and this is not the fault of the hotel is that unless you are a keen walker you may require a bus to the beach, other than that I would highly recommended the Stephanos.
Returned for another fantastic stay at Hotel Stephanos.
Stayed for Eight nights and only wished it could have been longer. Had a superior room which was very spacious and great views where the sun was on the balcony from mid afternoon until sunset. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sun set over the sea.
Staying here is like home from home, and you feel like part of the family. Nothing is too much trouble for Maria and Dina. The rooms are cleaned six out of seven days with regular lined and towel changes from the brilliant staff.
Breakfast on the veranda can be what you want, from egg (including omelette or scrambled options all cooked fresh). and bacon to traditional greek options.
Great place to relax on lovely soft sunbeds and a great pool. Inside a lovely lounge and bar to start your evening with a cocktail or two.
Centrally located for restaurants and bars. Large Supermarket just a five minute walk away if you're opting for self catering.
Walk to the beach is only twenty minutes away. Also great position to hire a car and explore the Troodos and Akammas mountain ranges . Maria and Dina will ensure your stay will make you return.
Check to see if they are offering evening meals, they are delicious.
