Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had a really lovely holiday overall and would definitely recommend this hotel.
The staff were amazing throughout our stay, especially one of the female staff members who was so attentive and was always checking if we wanted more drinks. She really helped make our holiday feel relaxing and welcoming.
The pool was a great size with plenty of space, and the entertainment was good whenever it was on. However, it would be even better if there was more entertainment throughout the week.
Our room was huge and easily accommodated three adults, with plenty of space for everyone. Also, very clean and not noise in the area.
The food was generally good but quite basic. We found breakfast and lunch were better than dinner. It would be great to see a bit more variety in the evening meals, especially some simpler options for fussy eaters such as pizza or other familiar dishes.
I would definitely recommend hiring a car. Pissouri is absolutely beautiful, but there isn’t a lot to do within walking distance. We visited Paphos and Limassol during our stay, both of which were lovely. Pissouri Village is also well worth a visit, although we found it’s much better in the evening than during the day.
Overall, we had a great holiday considering how much we paid. With a little more variety in the food and a bit more entertainment, this hotel would be even better.
Really great 10 night stay. Staff could not do enough for us. Public areas, Bar, Gardens & Pool, all spotless . Our (Superior Studio) room was excellent, fully equipped kitchen, AC, wall mounted TV and balcony. We stayed B&B, giving us a great selection from a hot and cold buffet. Pool was spot on, clean & tidy, additional loungers all around. Close to Pissouri beach with several restaurants and bars. Short €10 cab ride to main Pissouri village in the hills. Not sure why people have reviewed poorly we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
Location is not far from the airport so quite quick to get to. The staff are so helpful and attentive to your needs hotel and rooms clean and as should be for a 3* hotel it’s not a 5* so don’t expect it to be if you want that book somewhere else or don’t complain. Cleaner comes in 6 times a week to clean and the hotel around the grounds are clean all be it a little tatty round the edges where the planted areas are with the use of auto watering hoses. As the hotel is not huge the food selection is not overwhelming but plenty to chose from and different every day the breakfast is cooked bacon sos egg etc with cold aswell, The location of the hotel is only 5 mins walk to a couple of bars and rest restaurants and also to the entrance to the beach there is a small village a Taxi ride up the hill for only €10 which has more to offer at night time if you like. My partner and I spent a week on holiday here and found it spot-on for our needs. If you’re looking for a drinking holiday this isn’t it? This is more for relaxing and good food. We hired a Car organised by the hotel manager and it was spot-on. It was delivered to the hotel. We only had it for three days. It was a Nissan Note automatic and only cost £90 for the three days unlimited mileage and well worth a thought, especially when they drive on the same side as us plenty around the island. All inclusive package of which we had had plenty to drink and as I said plenty to eat but around the village area there is Guinness Peroni cider etc on draft in different bars. I have read some of the reviews on here slating the hotel but we could find nothing wrong. Maybe the people were looking for something different than what they got for a three star hotel but it is very clean adequate and Stuff are great. I would seriously consider this hotel if you like what you have just read you should not be disappointed if you expect too much.
Wonderfully large room, could easily cater for a family of three. Couldn't fault the shower and toilet facilities. Towels changed regularly. Room cleaning regularly. Management and staff could not have been nicer. We booked all inclusive, and I'd definitely recommend doing that, especially if there are children in the party. Less than 10 minutes from the beach, which is stoney but there are plenty of sunbeds and water sports to keep you occupied. First time visit to Cyprus and to the Hylatio Tourist Village and we'll definitely be back.
Basic accommodation however fine for a week , we stayed B&B as we like to eat out . We also used this place as a base as we hired a car to visit some of the island , It’s remote , but Pissouri bay is lovely . Room tired but fine . Cleaned every day , sheets changed twice , Towels twice . Things to note. No kettle .. ask at reception, plug sockets are same as uk . Can’t say about the food as we only had one breakfast as we also stayed elsewhere overnight in different places during our week . Entertainment 3 x the week we was there if that’s your thing . So imho , nice pleasant place with no frills
