This impressive hotel is located in a residential area in Kato Paphos, within walking distance from the seafront and beach. This lovely establishment offers elegant facilities and excellent services to cater for all guests' needs. There are spacious and light-filled superior studios, deluxe studios, one-bedroom suites and excutive suites. The guestrooms open on to a beautiful oasis of peace and serenity in which to completely relax at all times. There are 4 swimming pools to choose, 3 outdoor and one indoor, two of which are heated in winter. Buffet meals with theme nights are offered in the Patiakia restaurant, the indoor lounge bar is open till midnight and the Deck bar is available until 6 pm from May till October. There is also a health spa with a fitness room, a sauna, steam cubicles and a treatment room offering a variety of massages at a charge.

Hail King Jason!
Fantastic hotel, staff so nice, whoever picks them is on point. The food every evening was excellent. The bar staff were great too, all day every day serving drinks, never having to wait long or wonder where your drink is.
The guy who cleaned our room did it with such enthusiasm, clearly loving his job, we gave him 25 euros as a thank you.
The hotel itself is lovely, low rise, 2 floors max, and a nice amount of people so you get to know one another.
The marina is a 10 minute walk if you need a change of scenery.
Plenty of boat trips to go on.
We loved it and will be back x

Having just recently stayed at the King Jason Hotel Paphos for 2 weeks in October 2026 (2nd -16th) here is my review On arrival the hotel entrance and the reception area are underwhelming if your expecting lush tropical plants and the wow factor after a days journey the King Jason reception area does not offer this There are no lifts in the hotel and the stairs are hard work if your on the top floor which is four flights of stairs as we were The stair cases are like office block stair cases nothing but practical Our room number 19 was satisfactory nothing special and to be honest on arrival our first impressions where of dissapointment Clients regularly mention the hotel is in residential area but we knew this before booking and its a 12 minute walk to the harbour The above comments may seem negative but I have no wish to be,because behind the initial dissapoinment on arrival its quite clear the hotel offers a quality of service most branded hotels would envy The work ethic of the staff is exceptional they just cannot be faulted and the level of service they offer is exceptional both in the restauarant and around the pool areas The food served in the restauarant is of good quality and a variation to suit all pallets The sunbeds are very comfy and always available and as mentioned the service around the pool is a credit to the staff My wife thought the food could have been warmer but that is always an issue with a self service buffet regime Talking to other guests many return year after year and I understand why they return, but we wont be returning as it just hasnt got the x factor

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic Thai couples massage at Ilios Spa in The King Jason Paphos Hotel!
The massage was strong and intense, exactly what you would expect from a proper Thai massage! It wasn’t the typical gentle, relaxing massage, but afterwards we both felt incredibly relaxed, refreshed, and full of energy.
A special thank you to my massage therapist, Anna, who was absolutely amazing! Very professional, skilled, and clearly knew what she was doing. My girlfriend was also very happy with her therapist.
It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay in Paphos. We really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it to other couples!

Ok but won’t be returning
Hotel nice enough, food could be better they have the same menu every week so if your staying there for two weeks food gets very boring. We didn’t eat a few nights as we were there for 14 nights and got bored with the same stuff. The staff are generally great one or two of the girls not over friendly and the guest relations manager only seemed interested in his repeating guest’s, only spoke to us once and just hello! The hotel has a great sun bed rule - but unfortunately they do not adhere to it, the pool man worked really hard to put little cards on the offending customers but they laughed ignored it and carried on reserving beds. There was one English couple who put their towels down every morning before 6:30am and didn’t go to them until almost 9am. I know,this because we love watching sunrise and we’re on our beds by 6:30am and stayed on them until breakfast along with other customers but these two seemed to do what ever they wanted ignoring the rules.
I think the hotel could improve by having a dedicated smoking area instead of allowing everywhere making it more pleasant for those that don’t smoke.
I wouldn’t recommend using their shuttle service into the harbour as an elderly couple used it and we’re terrified, driver drove like a lunatic and there were no seat belts.
The rooms and the hotel is nice no issues there, but it is definitely just for repeating guests, it was our first time and we wouldn’t go back, it we did enjoy it.

Great stay at The King Jason
Out first stay at the King Jason and it was wonderful. Rooms are very comfortable and fantastically clean. Our housekeeping lady was amazing. Beautiful around the pool and never a problem getting a sun bed. Staff are brilliant. I have never been anywhere where the staff are so efficient and friendly. Nothing is to much trouble. Fodd and drinks are really good quality and there is a great choice. I get you can’t please everybody all the time but you could always find something to tempt you. Best wines I ve ever had in Cyprus!! Location is a little way from the harbour but the courtesy bus is a great service. We bused in and walked back. George the driver, what a great guy. Thank you all for a great holiday. We could only squeeze in a week but it will definitely be longer next time
