Brilliant Stay
What can i say? an amazing holiday and stay at Sofianna. The moment we turned up the porter helped my husband with his luggage and from this point we never looked back, clean hotel, great service, amazing flavoured food, drinks. Kids loved the hotel and the pools. For me it is definitely a four star hotel, the location was great not far from the harbour and the bus station. It was on a whole quiet , little noise from the bar but nothing too bad. Entertainment could be better we were not bothered as we went out, we had two england games to watch!! We will he back.
Excellent, I recommend
Was amazing, atmosphere , treatment and therapist. I had Sabinka who was lovely and excellent at her job ! She was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable having a massage for the first time.
Your average all inclusive but nicer and with cats
I want to start off with our little cat friend , who we called Jaqueline ,she was very nice and came for food a lot and we fed her and she would let you fuss her.I had a lovely time at this hotel, the location was alright and close to the harbour where you can go for a swim. The atmosphere is like your classic all inclusive , however at the beginning of the holiday it was like heaven. We stayed in a basic room , it was small but very clean, it depends if small rooms are your thing or not. Value for money is good however we got a good deal and I wouldn’t spend 4.5k for an all inclusive. Service was brilliant but in the dinner hall they take your plate very quick. Wasn’t very noisy first couple of days but near the end got loud. P.s feed Jaqueline!! Also there was a lot of vapers and the lifeguard didn’t care( L-Shape pool) that’s why I gave this hotel a 4/5
Lovely Hotel
Location wise Hotel is perfect with only a few minutes walk to the Harbour.
The Hotel itself is Lovely and very clean the staff all work very hard and are really helpful.
We had x2 pool view rooms which were spacious and Lovely views. The Beds themselves were quite hard but I had read about you could request mattress toppers which we did and they were much better.
We chose this Hotel for its location and the reviews for its food .
The food quality was very good but we felt that it concentrated on its themed nights and not much variation other than that. We all felt it could have been so much better, saying that we always found something to eat but not what I was expecting from the reviews so was disappointed overall. But the staff in the restaurants were very friendly and efficient and tried to help with anything they could.
We did use the Spa while there and had full body massages and a foot massage the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and would highly recommend the Spa and treatments.
I had Sabinka for 2 treatments and she was excellent both times and helped me with an ongoing problem and told me what help to seek once home.
Overall we have enjoyed our stay and got to meet some lovely people .
A big thanks to the pool bar staff who were always very helpful and smiling 😁
